Contracted Project Coordinator March 2010 April 2012 Michigan Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence Responsible for the overall coordination of Michigan s Project Connect focusing on implementing domestic and sexual violence prevention, assessment, and referral best practices within school based and school linked adolescent health centers. Provides technical assistance to six local sites on the development and implementation of their projects. Coordinated and staffed a statewide leadership team made up of public and private stakeholders. Worked with the Family Violence Prevention Fund to ensure successful implementation of Project Connect in Michigan. Assisted in the coordination of trainings and presentations. Represented the effort throughout the state at meetings, workshops, and conferences. Coordinated the hiring process for the Board to hire a new Executive Director. Developed, strengthened, and maintained relationships with a wide range of governmental units. Enhanced MCAH s standing with national partners through communication with the Regional Representative of the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness.
