2 What is a Time Bank? A time bank encourages people to help one another in the community. It gives them something in return. 1 hour of help = 1 time credit Spend your time credit at the Time Bank asking for help yourself.

3 How do they work? A Broker runs the Time Bank. People choose what help they can offer and what they would like in return. The Broker enters all the details on a computer. Local residents join the Time Bank as members. The Broker arranges the time exchanges.
