Evaluation criteria The prerequisite to be qualified for the clinical course is passing a test, confirming the knowledge and skills acquired in the preclinical classes on the second year of studies in the Department of Propaedeutic and Dental Prevention. The prerequisite to get a positive grade from the subject is an active participation in seminars, passing test of knowledge presented on lectures and seminars and the positive grade gained from a teacher who leads clinical classes. The presence on the lectures may exempt a student from participating in test verifying the knowledge presented on the lectures. A 100% attendance at seminars is required. In case of absence, the term and a form of getting a credit from seminar should be individually appointed with a teacher conducting seminar. There are two acceptable absences for clinical classes during an academic year. Any additional absence should be documented and made up with the consent and in the term accepted by the Head of Department and teacher leading clinical classes. The first and the second term of test from the knowledge presented in lectures and seminars has a form of a test. A Final grade from the subject is an average, in which 40% is a grade gained from clinical classes, and the 60% an average grade from tests. Form of receiving credit in a subject: grade 2.0 (failed) 3.0 (satisfactory) 3.5 (rather good) 4.0 (good) 4.5 (more than good) 5.0 (very good) criteria To complete the 3-rd year course of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics passing the entrance test, active participation in seminars and practical classes, the execution of the required number of dental procedures and passing the test at the end 5 and 6 semesters are required. 9.
