1 Old Spice Foot Cardigan Father s Day Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility Participation in the Program is only open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents and children, including foster and step-relations, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of The Procter & Gamble Company (Sponsor), Snipp Interactive, Inc. ( Snipp ) and their respective owners, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any companies involved in the implementation and execution of this Offer are not eligible to participate. 2. Program Timing There are two (2) program periods for the Old Spice Foot Cardigan Father s Day ( Reward Program ) with corresponding participating retailers for purchases. The timing for the two (2) program periods are listed below: (1) WALGREENS: For purchases from Walgreens, the Program begins Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 12:00:00AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends when twenty thousand (20,000) Rewards (as detailed below) are awarded or on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11:59:59PM ET, whichever is earlier ( Walgreens Reward Period ). (2) AHOLD STORES: For purchases from Ahold Stores (participating stores listed below) the Program begins Friday, June 9, 2017 at 12:00:00AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends when five thousand (5,000) Rewards (as detailed below) are awarded or on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:59:59PM ET, whichever is earlier ( Ahold Stores Reward Period ). Participating Ahold Stores: Giant Carlisle, Giant Landover, Stop & Shop New York, Stop & Shop New England, Peapod (Ahold's ecommerce business) 3. Reward Program Participants may participate in the Program by making a purchase of three (3) or more Qualifying Old Spice Products* listed in the Appendix below, during one (1) transaction from Walgreens during the Walgreens Reward Period or from a participating Ahold Store during the Ahold Stores Reward Period ( Qualifying Purchase ). Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase and submit a photo of their receipt ( Receipt Photo ) during the corresponding Reward Period, will receive one (1) pair of Old Spice socks ( Reward ). The Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of each Reward is $ How to Participate Make a Qualifying Purchase and submit a valid Receipt Photo of the Qualifying Purchase, and register for the Program at (the Website ) during the corresponding Reward Period. All submissions of receipts from Walgreens must be received by Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11:59:59PM ET to be eligible. All submissions of receipts from a participating Ahold Store must be received by Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:59:59PM ET to be eligible. Before submitting a receipt, participants must highlight the Qualifying Products* on the receipt with a star or check. Receipt Photos must clearly show the receipt in its entirety. Participants should keep their receipt. The Procter & Gamble Company ( Sponsor ) reserves the right to require a participant to provide original receipt for verification purposes upon request. Participants can submit their receipt(s) by uploading their Receipt Photo(s) at and register for the Program. Complete the registration form on the Website by entering your true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Complete Mailing Address, Address, Birth Date and Phone Number). 5. Redemption

2 Participants must submit a valid receipt via the method above to receive one (1) Reward. All receipts received will be reviewed and validated within forty-eight (48) hours. Upon receipt and verification of a valid purchase of three (3) Qualifying Old Spice Products*, during one (1) transaction from either Walgreens or a participating Ahold store, Rewards will be sent to the Participant s mailing address supplied during registration. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of Rewards. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered Rewards. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents a recipient from participating or receiving his/her Reward. 6. Your Consent The Participant is responsible for any damage/loss due to use of a Reward. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any malfunction or inconvenience that may occur. Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void. All requests become the property of Released Parties (as defined below) and will not be returned. Program is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud rules and regulations. You cannot substitute, transfer, or redeem Rewards for cash. By participating in the Program, you agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Procter & Gamble Company, Snipp Interactive, and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, Released Parties ) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Program or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any product or service attained through this Program. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected requests, , texts, or mail, or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program or in any Program-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms, as solely determined by Released Parties will not be eligible. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Program. 7. Privacy Policy Any personally identifiable information collected from Participant during participation in the Program will be collected by Program Sponsor or its agents, and used by Program Sponsor and its respective affiliated companies and agents for administration and fulfillment of this Program as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with Program Sponsor s Privacy Policy as stated at 8.
