7 Reportable Infectious Diseases in MD By Maryland law, certain diseases and conditions must be reported Two principal sources of reports: Health care providers (Health-General ) Laboratories (Health General ) Reports go to the health officer (or a duly designated representative ) then is transmitted to the Secretary
