1 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AFHSB Reportable Events Monthly Report May 2016 Report Description Reportable Events among all beneficiaries received from the Services over the past 5 years are used to create ranges with a lower and upper bound for the Month and the categories. The Month is compared to the same month of the previous 5 years. The data are compared to data from 5 years of similar 12 month periods. greater than the upper bound in the 5-year range are displayed in RED. below the lower bound in the 5-year range are displayed in GREEN. month comparisons are particularly useful for diseases with a seasonal trend. The Armed Forces Reportable Medical Events Guidelines are available at Health-Surveillance-Branch/Reports-and-Publications
