14 What s Up?! Page 14 HISTORY OF SWCDHH Established in 1991, the Southwest Washington Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is the culmination of a vast grassroots effort. Staff, Volunteers, and community members work together to ensure access to all citizens. WHO WE SERVE SWCDHH is a community based and consumer driven agency that is available to assist residents of the following counties: Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum.
