Following the undeniable success of past events, this Global Conference will deliver an intense and unforgettable experience in every aspect: scientific, professional and personal. We are planning every detail to ensure that the days of the conference will open new worlds of innovation and information for our guests, with first class lectures, workshops and presentations. Children will not be allowed to take part in the evening events.

7 Accommodations The Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island includes several hotels which you may select from for your stay. Rooms are being offered at a special discounted rate for MIS Global Conference participants. All conference participants (delegates, distributors etc.) may choose from one of following allocated hotels: 5 Star Hotel The Cove Atlantis 4 Star Hotels Royal Towers Coral Towers * Since number of rooms in each hotel is limited, confirmation is subject to room availability upon reservation. ** The Cove's main pool access is limited to hotel guests over 18 years old. Other pool facilities are open to children.

8 Transportation Complimentary transportation will be available as follows: Arrival February 8 th : From Nassau Airport to Atlantis Resort. Departure February 11 th : From Atlantis Resort to Nassau Airport. No further transportation is necessary within the Atlantis Resort, as all of the events are within a short walking distance * Exact shuttle schedule will be released at a later date. ** Shuttle transport will be available on February 7 th for delegates participating in the scheduled workshops.

9 Additional Information Extended vacations: The Atlantis Resort will allow an extended stay at the same conference rates upon request and availability. The request for an extended vacation should be provided during conference registration. Flights: All travel arrangements should be made by the individual delegate and are not provided by MIS. Early registration: Secure your place at the Global Conference! Considering that a large audience is expected and places are limited, early registration is advisable and may be easily arranged through your local MIS representative.

The 3 winners will be invited to the conference and will be awarded with prizes as follows: First Prize Winner will be granted $8,000 plus MIS products valued at $2,000 Second Prize Winner will be

This year s competition will focus on Modern Technologies and Techniques in Clinical Practice. The 3 winners will be invited to the conference and will be awarded with prizes as follows: First Prize Winner will be granted $8,000 plus MIS products valued at $2,000 Second Prize Winner will be granted $4,000 plus MIS products valued at $1,000 Third Prize Winner will be granted $2,000 plus MIS products valued at $500 The best 15 clinical cases will be displayed at the conference venue. All cases will be reviewed and pre-approved by the contest scientific committee EN You are requested to submit an abstract by October 30th, 2017 to the following address: bahamascontest@mis-implants.com Please note that all cases must be presented in English. 11 The Scientific Program Presented by world-class speakers and key opinion leaders, the scientific program will discuss new and fascinating topics, focusing on innovation and the MIS commitment to simplicity. Hands-On Workshops The hands-on experience adds a different dimension to learning; enabling first-hand familiarity with important techniques and surgical aspects of the exciting new products introduced in our lectures. Hands-on workshops are held by leading MIS experts. These workshops are extremely popular and space is limited (up to 30 participants per session). Therefore, it is advisable to complete registration in advance. Attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation for the hands-on workshop. Please Note: CE credits will be awarded to participants of both lectures and hands-on workshops according to ADA CERP guidelines (to be published soon).
