Use this list of Emotional Energy Trigger Values to see how the emotions you are feeling affect you physically and behaviorally. oprah.com/iyanlacourse
EMOTIONAL ENERGY LEVEL 1 The emotional energy triggered by this group of feelings is often destructive and defensive. These feelings can motivate unhealthy, unproductive directive behaviors typically directed toward others. The foundation thoughts and perceptions energizing this level of energy radiates from habitual judgments and a firmly established belief system of, you ve done something to me." At this energy level, attack and feeling attacked are the typical beliefs and behaviors you might experience related to blame, victimization and the need to defend. Addicted Bad Outraged Terrified Anger Despondent Rage Traumatized Ashamed Destructive Resistance Unworthy Attacked Enraged Shame Worthless Central Nervous System Immune System Cardio Vascular System Lymphatic System Digestive System Neuromuscular System Respiratory System
EMOTIONAL ENERGY LEVEL 2 The emotional energy triggered by this group of feelings is often unpredictable and irrational. These feelings can motivate intentionally spiteful and manipulative action that is poorly focused and often misdirected. The foundation thoughts and perceptions energizing this level of energy radiates from defensive judgments and a belief system grounded in fears related to survival and loss. The inability and unwillingness to receive are typical behaviors common at this level of energy. Abusive Defensive Melancholy Rebellious Arrogant Desperate Numb Regret Betrayal/Betrayed Devastated Obligated Sorrow Bitterness Fragmented Obsessed Vulnerable Control Impulsive Overwhelmed Wounded Central Nervous System Lymphatic System Digestive System Muscular System Endocrine System Skeletal System
EMOTIONAL ENERGY LEVEL 3 The emotional energy triggered by this group of feelings is often driven by the negative ego, the internal saboteur, and the stories it creates about people and experiences. Because the negative ego relies on past experiences to illogically predict a future outcome, limitation, restriction and failure are common experiences when these feelings are dominant in consciousness. These feelings give rise to a sense of diminished capacity and experiences of victimization in response to the belief whatever happens is about me. The foundation thoughts and perceptions energizing this level of energy radiates from issues related to self, self-esteem, self-value and self-worth. Abandoned Devious Helpless Negative Aggressive Anguish Anxiety Argumentative Cheated Conflicted Confused Critical Deceitful Deceptive Defiant Discounted Discouraged Disgraced Dishonest Doubtful Egotistical Embarrassed Empty Enraged Entitled Exploited Horrified Hostile Humiliated Inadequate Indebted Indecisive Indignant Insensitive Isolated Intolerant Irritated Punished Rejected Resentful Sarcastic Scared Self-conscious Stagnant Stuck Tortured Suspicious Unloved Untrusting Denied Failure Miserable Weary Lymphatic System Digestive System Muscular System Endocrine System Reproductive System
EMOTIONAL ENERGY LEVEL 4 The emotional energy triggered by this group of feelings is an internally generated filter through which people and experiences are viewed and measured. The feelings that dominate at this emotional level grow from negative self-judgments in response to a learned script. Inflexibility and strict adherence to intellectual logic is the most limiting aspect of the feelings generated by the energy at this emotional level. Agitated Hurt Materialistic Scorned Aggravated Avoidance Burdened Carelessness Cynical Defeated Envious Fake Gullible Heartbroken Incomplete Indifferent Inflexible Insecure Invalidated Irresponsible Jealous Judged Judgmental Lost Mediocre Misunderstood Needy Offended Opportunistic Pain Persecuted Put Down Put Upon Sad Stupid Trapped Ugly Unappreciated Unfulfilled Uncertain Uncomfortable Uncommitted Unprepared Unsupported Unsupportive Hopeless Manipulated Scattered Weak Nervous System Circulatory System Reproductive System Urinary System Endocrine System
EMOTIONAL ENERGY LEVEL 5 The emotional energy triggered by this group of feelings is the response to repetitive and unconsciously habitual thought patterns. In response to the feelings that dominate at this emotional level, there is an inability to distinguish between self generated internal chatter and external influences and reality. The feelings most often experienced generate severe time and space limitations that restrict creativity and openness to conceive or receive unseen possibilities. Afraid Accusing/Accused Alone Apprehensive Dramatic Fearful Forgetful Frightened Grief Guilt Lazy Lonely Minimized Mortified Overlooked Responsible Shy Vengeful Worried Lymphatic System Immune System Endocrine System Circulatory System
