2 I. COURSE AIMS to develop student's knowledge of and sexually transmitted diseases and their understanding of the basic science in dermatovenereology to provide students with the personal skills and professional perspective to enable them to be effective in various applications in every day praxis with hospital and outcoming patients in dermatovenereology; to prepare students for work in research laboratories, including hospital and public health laboratories, as well for preparing students to incorporate new information and use of new drugs. Laboratory skills, information retrieval and analysis, experiment planning, communication and team work are developed and assessed within the course of study. II.
