The classes take place i either the sports hall, mutli-use studio or Studets Uio mai hall. We offer a wide rage of classes from Yoga, Spiig, Zumba ad Ab Attack to the brad ew classes below, itroduced this year, which are some of the biggest ad best i the fitess idustry.
