This symposium is desiged to update the attedee regardig the ew advaces, multidiscipliary team approaches ad treatmet optios that ow exist. Specific areas to be addressed ivolve: Obstructive Sleep Apea: Addressig curret methods of evaluatio icludig iterpretatio of sleep study ad sleep edoscopy as well as a examiatio of the OSA differetial diagosis. Treatmet optios with updated data ivolvig the role of the multidiscipliary team, detal specific treatmets, rhiologic ad facial plastic treatmet approaches, treatmet optios beyod UPPP ad the use of the hypoglossal stimulator. Salivary Glad Tumors: Updates o methods of imagig ad a geeral overview of o-eoplastic salivary glad disease as well as cotemporary methods for maagemet of disease, icludig sialedoscopy will be provided. A examiatio of parapharygeal space tumors will be provided as well as both a update o the role for radiatio therapy for salivary glad disease ad the recostructio or post-operative defects.
