Robert Ohotto Intuitive Guide Spiritual Teacher Coach Counselor HoloKompass Astrologer Strategist I Author Radio Show Host ohotto.com Questions for Reflection from the Second Stage: Healing What Constitutes the Hologram of Your Wounding? o How has Culture, Society, and Family Wounded You? What are your Archetypal Adaptations to this Wounding? What are the Ancestral Wounds from Culture, Society, and Family that are still unhealed in your System? Can you see how your wounds are connected to much more than just your Family? What Archetypes Manage Your Wounding? What has been/is your definition of Healing? Can you Identify how your Wounded Healer Archetype has been instrumental in your Healing? o Was do you consider to be your Sacred Wound? o What medicine have you cultivated for others as part of your Wounded Healer? What Archetypes are part of your Healing Team o How to you relate to The Alchemist, Mystical Child, Mystical Prostitute, Mystical Alchemist? o Do you have a Soul Contract with the Bodhisattva Archetype, how do you know? Mystical Truths: It s in Accepting that your Wounds may never heal, that they can heal! Nothing Happens by Accident Not Even Your Wounding All Pathologies are a Call to the Soul 1
Holographic Mysticism o A Beginning Meditation on Your Addict Archetype o Spirituality Online Definition of Spirituality = the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. Mystical Definition of Spirituality = the call to experience Life as one interconnected whole in which one s intentions, choices, and actions reflect an alignment to this experience of Unity; Consciously seeing all of Life as Mystical and Part of God ; Coming to define for one s self what God is as evidenced in one s genuine experience. o Addiction Online Definition of Addiction = the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habitforming, as narcotics, to such anextent that its cessation causes severe trauma; a condition in which a person engages in use of a substance or in a behavior for which the rewarding effects provide a compelling incentive to repeatedly pursue the behavior despite detrimental consequences; the quality or state of being addicted. Mystical Definition of Addiction = A compulsive adapted pattern that manages one s inability to be with Life unconditionally, yet violates and injures the Holographic Holism of One s Nature with Life-sabotaging consequences. A maladapted pattern that disincarnates one s Soul/Spirit from Life. 2
o The Holographic Nature of The Addict Archetype The Addict Archetype: A Pattern recruited by the Subconscious Mind or inherited from Culture, Society, or Family that manifests as a habit or compulsion designed to allow you to conditionally meet Life so you do not have to feel the fullness of what s happening in the moment. This Pattern operates in such a way that it dis-incarnates your Soul/Spirit from this dimension, such that you are not informed or empowered by your Intuitive Emotional Intelligence to perceive Life clearly, make decisions, and take actions that incarnate your Optimal Potential (in any given circumstance, moment, or overall cycle of Life). The side-effects of this Pattern are Soul- Disconnection, Self-Disconnection, Scapegoating Others, Denial, Self- Sabotage, Life-Sabotage, Getting Stuck in an Addiction Loop, Self-Harm, Compromised Boundaries, Hitting a Rock-Bottom, and a Dis-incarnation of Soul that Leads to Physical Death. Living in Addiction is Conditionally Being Alive as an Adaptation to Your Holographic Wounding The Powerlessness of Addiction o The Power of a Subconscious Pattern & Wounded Ego Adaptations Native Americans and Spirit Water My Story of the Native American Professor s Brother Your Cultural and Societal Soul Contract with the Addict Our Culture and Society has the Addict Archetype o Therefore so do you! o Can you identify your Cultural/Societal Manifestation of this Pattern? Internet, Romantic Fantasy, Fundamentalism, Substances, Sex Addiction, Codependency, Social Approval (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram), News Cycle, Information Junky, Perfectionism, etc... The Holographic Nature of The Addict Archetype o The Empath & Codependent How you use The Addict to Manage Your Hypersensitivity Forming Addictions Out of Your Codependency o Managing the Wounds of Culture, Society, and Family via Addiction The Addict as an Archetype of Fate o Managing Your Wounds from Culture, Society, and Family via Addiction The Addict as an Archetype of Adaptation Adaptations to Trauma & Shame Perfectionism, Compulsions, Habits Your Personal Soul Contract with The Addict Archetype (Part I) o Contains The Addict from All other Levels, but it becomes more severe and personal 3
very compulsive and has very severe life-threatening consequences o Becomes a Pillar of Identity I m an Addict o How the Addict Archetype operates in a partnership with The Mystic in a Soul Contract The Mystic Archetype A Soul or Archetype of Destiny o A Spiritual Force that cant be fully defined, yet calls you to live unconditionally in the moment. The part of you that sees all of Life mystically as one interconnected reality in which ALL IS ONE. A Pattern that operates as the Custodian of Your Soul and urges you to fully incarnate into your Life Experience most notably, emotionally. o Often Teams up with The Seeker and activates a dialogue with The Child, The Victim, The Prostitute, The Addict, and The Saboteur (which is often expressed via other Archetypes) Your Personal Soul Contract with The Addict Archetype (Part II) o How the Addict Archetype operates in a partnership with The Addict o The Mystic vs. Your Adapted & Survival Archetypes Second Stage of Mystical Empowerment: Spirituality What does Spirituality Mean to You? o Online Definition of Spirituality = the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. o Mystical Definition of Spirituality = the call to experience Life as one interconnected whole in which one s intentions, choices, and actions reflect an alignment to this experience of Unity; Consciously seeing all of Life as Mystical and Part of God ; Coming to define for one s self what God is as evidenced in one s genuine experience. Religion for People who are Afraid of Going to Hell, Spirituality is for People who ve Already Been There The Dark Night of The Addict o Meeting the adapted ways The Addict has managed your Holographic Wounding and Trauma, Your Hyper-Sensitivity, Safety, Security, Esteem, and overall Survival. Hitting a Bottom and experiencing a Tipping Point of Pain Unflinchingly and honestly meeting the damaging, self-sabotaging, soul-disconnecting, and self-harming consequences of this Pattern Addressing denial, self-deception, cover-stories, un-integrated holographic emotional pain, and your relationship with the Unknown Realizing the Powerlessness of the Mind = Surrendering to a Higher Power, finding a Recovery Tribe to process the 4
Shame, seeking Mystical Support (support in apprenticing how to unconditionally be alive) Stage One of Sobriety often requires naming your Addict Naming the Addict letting go of Shame o How does your Addict manifest in your Life? Do you have this Archetype in Your Personal Soul Contract? o Accountability, Making Amends, and Compassion The Pain of Entering Sobriety o The Pain of an Unconditional Relationship to Self A Shame Free Understanding the Nature of the Relapse Loop Identifying the Shape-Shifting nature of Addictions Stage Two - Entering Mystical Sobriety The consequences of making the Addict your Identity o Full Stop to The Addict and Shape-Shifting Telling the Truth o Shame Based Recovery vs. a Mystical Recovery Compassionate Accountability & Living Your Amends o Can t heal if you ve made these Archetypes your Identity Move ON and create a New Mystically Sober Life! The Power/Light of The Mystical Self o The Pay-Offs of The Mystic Archetype You are PRESENT to your LIFE Your Intuitive Emotional Intelligence in ON POINT! The Mystic and The Alchemist o Think of a time when you saw something with the Eyes of Your Soul Your Mystical Eyes What Alchemy occurred? o What Archetypes are Part of Your Addict Team? Addict, Perfectionist, Codependent, Narcissist, Freaked Abandoned Out Child, Scapegoat, Victim, Saboteur, Liar, etc o What Archetypes are Part of Your Mystical Sobriety Team? Mystic, Mystical Parents & Child, Wounded Healer, Mystical Alchemist, Mystical Victim, Compassionate Accountant, Companion, Lover, Friend, Truth-teller, Healer, Therapist, AA Sponsor, etc Mystical Truth: Everything is of The Divine, Even Your Addictions All Addictions are a Call to the Soul Without the Mystical Powers of Life on Your Side, You Can t Pull Off Your Destiny A Closing Meditation 6
