7 Once again, in 2015, fundraisers from coast-to-coast showed the world how to be Free to Breathe.

11 We continued to be committed to supporting research with the greatest chances of saving lives.

12 STOPPING METASTASIS We awarded 1.2 million in research grants focused on stopping the spread of lung cancer. Our two grant winners will continue their innovative research that could lead to clinical trials & new treatment options. 15 PATIENT EDUCATION Our free educational materials empower patients and their families on their lung cancer journey. In 2015, we added a new piece focused on immunotherapy. LIVING WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF LUNG CANCER 8,916 care plans for patients 13,692 booklets distributed 82,421 total materials ordered

16 ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Free to Breathe Action Summit in New York City brought together patients, advocates, loved ones, healthcare professionals and researchers to better understand the progress being made and to learn new ways they can have an impact. 66 attended

17 AWARENESS For Lung Cancer Awareness Month, we asked thousands of our advocates to give symptoms bookmarks to their local libraries. 310 advocates 7,750 bookmarks
