5 Community Organizations BETA Center, Inc Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, Florida BETA Center offers children and parents the knowledge and support needed for strong and healthy families, with focus on teen moms and at-risk families. Parents learn about prenatal attachment, baby brain development, child development, infant mental health and other aspects of caring for and raising a baby. Childcare is provided for those who attend the Beta Center School, and to residential parents. Car Seat Fitting Information The Altamonte Springs Police Department conducts child safety seat inspections free of charge at the Altamonte Mall COPS Center, by appointment, Thursdays from 9 to 11 a.m. We are conveniently located at the Altamonte Mall lower level between JCPenney and Macy s.
