COAD Child Care Resource Network: Assists parents in finding child care that meets their needs by educating and informing parents of the services available, providing training, information, and resources to childcare providers; providing a network for community services to access. Family Service Association: Counseling, Family Life Education, budgeting Advice, information, debt repayment programs, day care and advocacy. Catholic Charities, Inc.: Catholic Charities, Samaritan House, and R.S.V.P Information, and referral. Consumer Credit Counseling: Helping people improve their financial well-being through counseling, community outreach and financial education. Crisis Hotline Community Mental Health: The hotline deals with crisis Situations including domestic violence, substance abuse, sexual abuse, Emotional problems and personal family issues. Family & Children First Council, GED Prep/Employment Prep Assisting individuals in preparing for a GED, creating a resume, interviewing For a job, and sustaining employment. The services include: instruction, Assistance, mentoring along with self-paced programs, Job Clubs and Workshops. Goodwill Industries, Inc The mission is to improve the quality of life and employment opportunities For the people in the community. Services include: Vocational rehabilitation, Industrial contracts, job coaching, placement services, and retail stores. Fees may apply. Habitat for Humanity: Building homes for needy families in Brown Carrollton, and Minerva School Districts. There are fees. Harbor House: The mission is to assist women who are victims of Domestic violence. The services include shelter, support, and advocacy. HARCATUS-Tri-County C.A.O Services include: Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program, Emergency Food and Shelter, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Head Start, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Housing/Weatherization Program. Training and Employment Division. Hilltop Learning Center Provides Christian Day Care, free Head Start, latchkey and pre-school Contact with Dept. of Jobs and Family Services) for those on assistance. There Will be a fee upon being accepted to our program. Hunger Task Force of Ohio, Children s Hunger Alliance The mission is to break the cycle of childhood hunger through education Leadership, advocacy, and service.

Women, Infant, Children Program The mission is to improve the health status and to prevent health problems for Ohio s at risk women, infants and children. Youth Change The organization provides services for those who work with youth such as teachers, counselors, foster parents, etc. They also provide solutions to help turn troubled youth around.
