8 SIS Major Releases Evolution Since last GM 2016 (SIN), we deployed: SIS Rel. 1.9 Nov CMPs >> Please refer to communication link to review changes SIS Rel May CMPs >> Please refer to communication link to review changes WFS 2017 Industry Meetings 15 Next SIS Major Release: Rel CMPs have been prioritized by SIS SG, two have validation changes Validation change CMP SUBJECT BILLING CATEGORY 555 MISC Charge Code Reports >> Two new Reports (one for Receivables and one for Payables) will give you Charge Category / Charge Code details information MISC 654 Miscellaneous issue date validation for Bilateral Invoices >> A new validation will verify the difference in days between the Invoice Date field of Miscellaneous Bilateral invoices and the Acceptable Delay defined by Billed member MISC In addition to PDF Listing in Miscellaneous OARs, the CSV Listing will be added to Miscellaneous OARs as a new format. The CSV Listing will be only generated as from Nov P SIS Processing Dashboard Currently a user with Dashboard permissions can access invoices and files for all billing categories. This change will allow to restrict access to invoices and files based on Billing Category as per granted permission to the user by the member. A new Validation on Amount to be Settled for PAX ACH Correspondences linked to Stage RM(s) with SMI A (only ACH to ACH Correspondences) to check the amount to be equal to or WFS 2017 Industry Meetingslower than the amount of the Final Rejection stage. 16 MISC ALL PAX 8

10 SIS Infrastructure Update Second Site Switchover executed smoothly by Feb 25 th 2017 Confirmation/proof SIS operates alternatively from the two sites Reinforce iinet-sis file transfer security after migration to SFTP protocol to be compliant with new iinet infra WFS 2017 Industry Meetings 19 SIS Infrastructure Update (2) SIS internet connectivity update Replacement of one internet provider at BOM site (low performance) Automated DNS switchover Aim was to mitigate any possible IS-WEB downtime due to internet link failures with an automated technical solution SIS users tested satisfactorily but later after deployment a few hit intermittent connectivity issues >> solution was removed until a better option found WFS 2017 Industry Meetings 20 10

11 SIS Solution Security Update Application code security is performed systematically for any SIS Major release changes before deployment Monthly vulnerability scanning process reported to IATA Security team Periodic reviews and fixes if any is performed to ensure SIS remains safe WFS 2017 Industry Meetings 21 Wrap up SIS solution continues to evolve along industry priorities SIS remains a fast, reliable, secure e-invoicing platform for all users but it requires also you accessing IS-WEB with the most recent browsers versions!
