5 SUPPLEMENTATION ANNOUNCEMENT SCIENTIFIC MEETING CALL FOR PAPER & ABSTRACTS Abstracts must be submitted by to 1. The Organising Committee invites participants to submit abstracts covering all aspects of Urogynaecology for ORAL presentations. 2. The abstract should not contain work that has been previously published or presented elsewhere. 3. Abstracts submission deadline: Before 30th June Prize will be awarded to the best Oral presenter. Instructions for Abstract Submission Guidelines 1. Abstracts must be submitted in English using the Online Abstract Submission Form. Text must be typewritten in Times New Roman, font size Abstracts submitted by fax or paper copy will not be considered. 3. Abstract texts should have the following structure: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions. 4. The abstract may contain up to a maximum of 400 words. Do not include graphs, tables, diagrams, pictures or references in the abstract. 5. All abstracts should be submitted on or before 30th June Once the abstract submission has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you. 7. Selected presenting authors will be notified by 15th July The details on the Oral Presentation will be communicated to the selected presenting authors later. 9.
