2 myesr.org/esor AIMS Korea AIMS Korea Course information The course is aimed at participants from Korea, in particular final-year residents, board-certified radiologists and fellows interested in paediatric radiology. It is designed to provide an in-depth review and an update on focused and demanding subjects regarding the paediatric body, including congenital lung disease, 4D thoracic CT, paediatric IBD, neonatal cholestasis, congenital genitourinary abnormalities and abdominal tumours in children. An outstanding European and Korean faculty will ensure a high-quality teaching programme, combining lectures and workshops, allowing for interactive case discussions. Learning objectives to appreciate the potential of advanced imaging in the clinical management of children with congenital and acquired diseases to review state-of-the-art imaging strategies available for imaging children according to the ALARA principle to address the most important clinical questions, which need to be answered, in optimising management of children with diseases affecting chest and abdomen

4 myesr.org/esor AIMS Korea Learning Objectives Chest imaging for congenital lung disease Maria Pilar García-Peña, Barcelona/ES to understand the necessity of learning the radiological manifestations of the congenital lung malformations in order to avoid diagnostic errors to review the radiological findings of this congenital malformations to review the radiological techniques for their diagnosis to discuss their postnatal management 4D thoracic CT in children Hyun Woo Goo, Seoul/KR to understand basic imaging techniques of 4D CT to know how to optimise imaging parameters of 4D thoracic CT to recognise the clinical usefulness of 4D thoracic CT in children Multimodality imaging for paediatric IBD YoungHun Choi, Seoul/KR to provide an overview of multimodality imaging findings of paediatric Crohn s disease to discuss up-to-date imaging techniques for assessment of paediatric Crohn s disease Imaging for neonatal cholestasis Tae Yeon Jeon, Seoul/KR to identify common causes and treatment of various neonatal cholestatic diseases to distinguish between biliary atresia and other neonatal cholestatic diseases based on imaging and clinical features to describe the various forms of biliary atresia and choledochal cyst Congenital genitourinary anomalies: US and MR urography Maria Raissaki, Heraklion/GR to emphasise standardised ultra-sonographic technique when investigating a child with Congenital Anomalies of the Kidney and Urinary Tract (CAKUT) to discuss the technique and role of voiding urosonography to learn about the clinical indications, technique and advantages of MR urography to discuss imaging in different clinical scenarios This AIMS Programme is implemented with great support and partnership of Bracco and KSR (Korean Society of Radiology).

5 Paediatric abdominal tumours: multimodality imaging including CEUS Philippe Petit, Marseille/FR to learn why US-Doppler remains the first imaging modality to explore and to characterise paediatric abdominal tumours, while CEUS is useful especially for liver lesions to understand why CE-CT must be done for characterisation and loco-regional work-up but with dedicated paediatric protocols to limit irradiation hazard to learn MRI specific indications including spinal canal extension of neuroblastoma, ovarian and liver masses characterisation to recognise and analyse the interesting role of DWI in paediatric oncology Learning Objectives myesr.org/esor AIMS Korea This AIMS Programme is implemented with great support and partnership of Bracco and KSR (Korean Society of Radiology).
