Burnout is a syndrome of emotional depletion and detachment that develops in response to chronic occupational stress It happens more when job stress is high, and personal autonomy is low 2
3 What is Resilience? Resilience is the ability to bounce back after being psychologically stressed or challenged It is easier to recognize burnout in your COLLEAGUES rather than YOURSELF. 3
