Apple-Pie TECHNIQUE Reminder... In my Unlock His Heart Program I talk about the Apple-Pie Technique and how you can use this to assist you to connect to a man s heart and your heart. I created this technique to motivate you to live from a loving place, not a fear based place. The APT (Apple-Pie Technique) is about coming HOME to you. Home meaning: Reconnecting with your authentic self and engaging with a man from the core of you, not the outer you. The Apple-Pie gives you an opportunity to break patterns to process what you really want and how to express yourself from this core and courageous place. When we feel at home we tend to feel; safe, comfortable and confident to be who we really are. The APT will help you to feel grounded and in your body no matter where you are. Life is not about being happy all of the time or pretending to be happy. That s far from engaging with the Apple-Pie! Many of us spend a lot of time wearing masks to fit in! Instead, lift the mask and connect to the magic within you. It s when times are tough or when life is not going to plan that I suggest you use the Apple-Pie Technique to assist you to live from a place of trust and self-belief. This will help you to navigate the more challenging times you experience. Believe in you, have faith and look for the goodness in the all of your life.

When Can You Use The Apple-Pie Technique? When feeling sad, mad, unsure, lacking clarity, feeling insecure, not good enough, rejected, hurt, not valued. engage the Apple-Pie When frustrated and unsure what to do with a man, you can run with fear or choose to Apple-Pie

Multiple times everyday you can use this to assist you to get out of your head and into your heart When you d like to physically and emotionally connect with your man, to feel a deeper intimacy and pleasure, you can imagine your self all warm and

soft and inviting, like an apple-pie. When you re out with friends. Have a good time from the heart. Forget about everything else. Don t compare yourself to others. Be grounded and present Apple-Pie it. Engage The APT 2. Set a gentle reminder in your phone to nudge you every hour to ground and center and live from a loving place, an Apple-Pie place. 1. IMPORTANT: You can use this technique when feeling good, happy and peaceful too! It s not just for when feeling sad/bad/mad either way Nadine Piat Unlock His Heart YOU 2016 WILL Apple-Pie FEEL Technique BETTER!

! The Apple-Pie Technique IS Authenticity Grace Self-Love Being true to your heart Living with Integrity Expressing your truth from the heart not from fear Believing in your self-worth Valuing you Having hope and faith Embracing life experiences even when life is tough Being responsible for your life (not letting the past define you) Accepting and being grateful for your life today Forgiving yourself and others Being open to learning from your past and present The Apple-Pie Technique IS NOT Pretense Overriding your inner knowing Taking everything personally Being controlling or trying to control Being controlled by another Doubt Insecurity Shame Guilt Constant worry Attachment Blaming Expectation Reactive behavior

Are you starting to get clearer about the Apple-Pie Technique and how it can benefit you? A Tip For You: Take some time to reread or revisit the content provided in Unlock His Heart about the Apple-Pie Technique. This will allow you to move away from the men who are not good for you and unlock the heart of a great man. The APT will also assist you to eradicate the Fear-Clash from a current or future relationship. Don t just read the chapters, have a good think about what you learn, then apply what you think could be or is relative to you. The first two chapters are the most important as they set the stage for the rest of the program and will allow you to harness the foundations for openhearted and intimate love. - Nadine Piat - Apple-Pie
