1 The Real You 101: Healthy Boundaries in a Demanding World Jess Ryan, MS : Our Real Work jess@ourrealwork.com Bringing All of Your Boundaries Together In this course we have covered physical, relational, emotional, energetic, and spiritual boundaries. As most of you have experienced, these boundaries all relate to and impact each other. Knowledge is power AND often times knowledge can bring on a sense of overwhelm How do I consciously regulate all of these boundaries at the same time? Cyndi Dale suggests we don t. We simply need to generate coherence, which exists when everything that makes us is held together and working in harmony on our behalf. If we are truly coherent or consistent, we are able to invite everything that isn t us into the same game, so that no matter what, we re able to formulate more and more goodness and love. Let s remind yourselves of how far you ve come and ways you can continue to support the growth of healthy boundaries in your life! Where was I 6 weeks ago? 1

(How does it feel in your body AND how does it show up when visualizing?) resources to strengthen and bring more awareness to your energetic 5

6 Spiritual Boundaries 1. Go back and review your Spiritual Boundaries PDF. a. What is at least ONE insight you had about your spiritual b. How do YOU recognize that your spiritual boundaries are out of balance? resources to strengthen and bring more awareness to your spiritual 6

7 Trusting your intuition about your boundaries Notice your emotions, physical sensations, energetic sensations, connection to your spirit. Then move your body: dance, walk in nature, do yoga, intuitive stretch. Using your LEFT HAND (it doesn t matter if you are left-hand dominant). Draw an outline of your body. Close your eyes and ask your Self: What about my boundaries needs my attention or healing right now? Don t censor and, still using left hand, draw any words or symbols that you are experiencing in or around your body outline. Come back to this in a day or two and see what speaks to you. 7

8 What do I need? Talk a walk in nature, dance, do yoga; something that moves your body. Then close your eyes and answer the question: What do I need in regards to my 8
