1 First Nine Weeks Math Week 1 1. K.CC.1 Count to 100 by ones and tens. Shape: circle Color: red Week 2 Count to 10 by 1 s 1. K.MD.3 Classify objects into given categories; count the numbers of objects in each category and sort the categories by count. Sort objects into groups by size, shape, color, etc. that are less than or equal to 10 Sort objects by more than 1 attribute(size and shape, shape and color, color and size) *cut, paste and sort shapes by attributes. *pocket chart activity to sort shapes into groups 2. K.CC.4a Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; counting and cardinality. Point to objects as I count aloud and say the correct number of objects.(0-10) *counting teddy bears *counting candy 3. K.CC.5 Count to answer how many questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a Count up to 10 items in an arranged order. *Around the room activity with pictures to count and a recording sheet for answers.
