2 BASIS-Teen Pilot Project Report Overview This report was created using all data from your facility for survey dates through /8/. The report contains summary data for each of the four pilot tools (see chart below) for overall score and by domain. Thank you for your participation in this project! After preliminary analysis, we have determined that there are BASIS-Teen domains. However, it is still to early to conclusively share, as we continue to collect data. For this report, we are not providing domains for BASIS-Teen, but item level analysis. Along with your individual site, we are including overall analysis, as well as a basic summary of the amount of cases we have received from your site. The data for admissions surveys and discharge surveys is shown separately and does not represent matched cases. Keep in mind that BASIS-Teen scores have no weighted values. As such, the BASIS-Teen scores are for informational purposes only since the tool has not been validated. Since the PSC-Y, PSC and BPRS-C are considered to be valid tools, the data presented is based on calculations provided by the tools publishers.
