3 How did we get here Our technology took over 15 years of development, from initial concept to the launch of our first product line. Our research began at home within our own lab. In 2004 we took our lab prototypes to the PEI Food Technology Centre (PEI FTC) and the National Research Centre Institute for Nutrisciences and Health (NRC INH) who we hired to assist us with our commercial scale up.
