27 Highlights Addictions Treatment Service (ATS), located in Renfrew County, joins network of MyQuit partners Between April 2016 and March 2017: 1,589 clients attended a cessation service delivered by MyQuit partners: one-on-one coaching (n=898), STOP on the Road (n=415), and group coaching (n=276) 44.3% of clients were booked through MyQuit (vs. partners) an improvement from 25.6% for the same period in

29 Process Evaluation Why? To better understand integration process and resulting value for partners Methods Stakeholder interviews (n=19)

30 Key Findings Smokers Helpline quit coaches have successful taken on the role of cessation navigator for Champlain-area clients and are experiencing benefits in providing active referrals to in-person cessation services. Partners believe the implementation of MyQuit has added value to the cessation system as a whole by creating efficiencies and facilitating communication and collaboration between partners. Alignment with provincial cessation activities must be considered for longterm sustainability. Elements needed for improvement and scale-up have also been identified.
