6 Aortic Arch Cannulae Curved Tip Aortic Arch Cannulae Sorin Aortic Cannulae are intended to be used as connection to the extracorporeal circuit in the cardiopulmonary bypass procedures in order to return the aortic blood from the circuit into the patient blood flow path. Sorin Group s Pediatric Aortic Cannulae are available with bent and straight tip, with wire and without wire reinforcement, with or without connector and optional luer lock for venting. Our Aortic Cannulae are designed to optimize flow characteristics, reduce turbulence and minimize pressure loss. The tubing in clear and transparent, no DOP, medical grade PVC, lower elasticity loss during hypothermia. An optional phospholipids coating is available to help improve biocompatibility.
