1 Name: Chiu Luk Ping Class:6C Summer holiday is a holiday, I love summer holiday very much, because I can play all the time. Although I can play for a long time, I must do my homework first. Last summer holidays, I did a lot of things. First, I DID MY HOMEWORK. If I didn t finish my homework first, I had to finish my Homework quickly at the end of summer holidays. Then I had to reply my friend s letters. Do you know who she is? She is my good friend, Joyce! We have written letters to each other since On each Wednesday, all of the museums in Hong Kong are fee so mother, brother and I usually go to the museums on each Wednesday, In this summer holiday, we went to some museums such as the Science Museum, the Space Museum and so on. I learnt a lot of new things. Lastly, mother, brother and I visited my grandma and cousins, I was happy because I could play games with my cousins. They were kind to me so I liked playing with them. I have spent my last summer holiday in a meaningful way and I was glad to have a long summer holiday. Why? I have told you the reason--- I love summer holiday very much!

2 Name: Wong Kin Tai Class:6C Last summer, I did a lot of things which are very wonderful and meaningful. I was very happy. In the summer holiday, besides doing summer holiday homework, I did a lot sports with my parents and my friends such as football, swimming, table tennis, etc. I think I was so healthy! Also, I played TV games three times per week. I played so frequently because my mother didn t allow me to play TV games when to school. I really like to play TV games because it is very exciting. Also, I did some volunteer work every day organized by some organizations. Although I couldn t get any rewards and very tired after doing that, I think helping people is my pleasure because they need our care so much. Through doing volunteer work, I have learned a lot of things such as how to care for others, team-work spirit etc. It was very meaningful! One day, my parents took my brother and me to go to Ocean Park. First, we went to see dolphin Ada. She was so clever and cute. She could do many difficult actions, I was so surprised by her performance. After that, we went to play a lot of games such as roller coaster, pirate boat, etc. I thought they were very interesting but my brother thought they were too exciting. My mother and my father thought that day was very hot because it was so crowded. I was very happy in last summer holiday

3 Name: Ho Ka Ying Class:4E In my last summer holiday, I went to Thailand with my father, mother and sister. We have been to Thailand for five days. In Thailand, we went to Bankok and Pattaya. We visited a lot of places which were suitable for children, such as, zoo and The Dream World. The most unforgettable place in the trip was the Sriracha Tiger Zoo. It is the biggest tiger zoo in Thailand. You could see different kinds of tigers and other animals, like camels, scorpions and crocodiles there. Besides, I visited The Dream World, too. It was just like the Ocean Park. People can play different types of games and see animals inside the Dream World. Visiting Thailand was really an exciting and wonderful traveling for me in last summer holiday.

4 Name: Siu Sheung Yuen Class:6B Last summer holiday, I went to Disney Land to go on the rides. I met my cousin there. He is very amusing so I like playing with him. I played Coffee- Cup. We played excitedly. We watched the fireworks and the lion parade. It was so beautiful. I like reading so much, I like reading books about army. I read many books with my little brother. I have read fifty books, I have been very good to keep my record. I didn t need to do summer holiday, I had already done these. So I always played and read on the holiday.

5 Name: Li Wai Fung Class:6B Last summer, I was very happy because I went to Japan with my family. Japan is an Asian country. There were many beautiful things. When I went to Japan, I discovered Japan was very clean. There were not any trash cans. The Japanese do not throw rubbish in the streets. I am very happy that Japan has such good Japanese citizens. The views in Japan were quite beautiful. There was a fine view of the lake from our hotel windows. What a wonderful view! I was very superised by that. The restaurants in Japan were quite good too. The food was very delieious. My father drank two whiskeys and my mother drank two brandies. Sulkily, they didn t get drunk. Otherwise I could not go home. On the last day, I went to Disneyland. There were many lovely cartoon charcters. I took photos with them. I think Japan is a hot spot to travel around. I hope I can travel another country next year!

6 Name: Ng KaTung Class:5B In my last summer holiday, I visited many places with my family. I went to Ocean Park, I played the games. They were exciting, I went to the Peak. I saw the beautiful view. It was relaxing, I went to the Space Museum, I did the experiments. It was interesting Moreover, I went shopping in Causeway Bay, I bought some T-shirts and stationery. I had dinner in a Thai restaurant, I ordered a roast chicken and fried rice which pineapples. They were delicious. When I was free, I studied with my tutor, I did revision to prepare for the examination. Last summer holiday I was very happy, I am waiting for the coming of the next summer holiday.

7 Name: Yuen Ngo Ki Class:5D Last summer holiday, I joined a swimming training course. There were three levels, including starter, medium and advanced. I joined the starter level. I had swimming lessons twice a week. Every time I should have two-hour training. Three were ten people in my group. At the beginning, we were very scared. We refused to get into the water. After the trainers taught us how to breathe inside the water and swim patiently, we could swim well. Our swimming skill was improving. After two months, all of us learned to swim success fully, we thanked our trainers very much.

8 Name: Gloris To Class:5A In last summer holiday, I went Ocean Park with my family. We went there y MTR and bus. When we arrived at Ocean Park, my sister and I took a map of Ocean Park. First we went to the Shark Aquarium. We saw the sharks. Then we went to the Ocean Park Theatre and watched the sea lions. After that we went o the Butterfly House, the butterflies are so beautiful. I like them very much. We also went to the Hong Kong Jackey Club giant Panda Habitat to watch the Pandas. However, they were sleeping so we were very unhappy. We then went to the goldfish Pagoda to watch the goldfish. Some of them have a great day.

9 Name: Lui Lok Man Class:5B I had my summer holiday from July to August. My uncle has lived in Australia to visit him. In Australia, the weather was cold and dry. I visited a farm. The view was very nice. I fed some kangaroos and Koala bears. They are very cute. I went to Safari Park. There are many many animals. I took some photo there. I like going to the amusement park best. I thin it s interesting. I learnt some English, because in Australia the people speak English. In August, I went back Hong Kong. I was very unhappy because I was sich. I had a fever. The nurse took my temperature with a thermometer. The doctor told me to rest one week and took some medicine. I could not swim in the sea and have a picnic so stayed at home to watch DVD but the DVD was boring. My grandma visited me and gave me some storybooks. So in my last summer holiday some times I was excited and sometimes I was bored. I hope I will be happier in the next summer holiday.

10 Name: Chiu Chung Wing Class:5B Last summer holiday. I went to Beijing with my mother. We arrived Beijing on Monday in the morning. The weather was fine and the sky was blue. We went to the Tmnerial Palace and tool some photos. After that I went to the Summer Palace. The view was very beautiful. I also stayed in Beijing. We went to see Great Wall and now my homework building. Them I finished the trip in China. On the fifth day. I went to Japan. The weather was fine. I went to Japan Disney world and played many games. The games is exicting, interesting and fun. I played happily in Japan. Next summer holiday, I think I will go to Japan again because I was very happy in Japan. On the next weekends, my grandmother visited Hong Kong for two days. On the first day I went to Ocean Park with her. There were many exciting, finny and interesting games. I can saw clumsy panda, sharks, seals, dolphins and fish at Ocean Park. I like the dolphins lest. They could play ball games in the swimming pool. We also rode on the roller coaster. It was very exciting. I usually go to Ocean Park with my parents in holiday. They enjoy going to the Ocean Park too. On the second day I went to a restaurant with my grandmother to eat dim sum. It was very Yummy Yummy. In this summer holiday, I was very happy.

11 Name : Tsai Kieran Joshua M Class : 4A Last summer holiday, we only stayed in Hong Kong. My brother and I had several activities to keep us busy. We had swimming, karate and music lessons. We went to Kwun Tong three times a week for our swimming lessons. It was very tiring but it was my favorite activity. I can swim faster now than before. My brother and I also went to YWCA to play computer. We met a lot of new friends there. At YWCA, we also read some books. My mother took us to Ocean Park twice last summer. There were many new things at Ocean Park. We enjoyed playing inside the pool with bubble machine. We also played with water guns. It was fun! We watched an interesting show. The man was eating fire. He was from Hawaii. He was so good! We took a lot of photos at Ocean Park. I had a nice holiday last summer.

12 Name : Chan Wing Shan Class : 5B Last summer holiday, I spent much time to do my holiday homework including Chinese, English and Maths. Also, I practiced all my testbooks. At the same time, I went to different places such as Disneyland, the Space Museum and the Cultural Centre. In the Disneyland, there were many Disney s cartoon characters. For examples, Snow-white, Winnie the pooh, Tiger and Mickey mouse. They were so funny and I love them very much. But, the food there was too expensive, so I only ate a bowl of noodles. Then, I played many games. They were very exciting. Although the weather was rainy, I felt very happy and I hope I can go there again next summer holiday. Last summer holiday, I enjoyed my times very much. Although I spent much time to play, I also did my homework very well. So, I felt my last summer holiday was very meaningful.

13 Name : Lai Ho Yan Class : 6B Last summer holiday, I did a lot of things, Of course, I did my homework too. I was very busy at the time. I went to China. I saw a lot of beautiful and wonderful things. I also learnt a lot. There were a lot of pretty views in Hong Zhou. The sea there was very big and there were a lot of parks. The parks were all green. I like the scene very much. Last summer I had a great holiday. I hope the coming holiday will be very great too.

14 Name : Wong Hoi Ki Class : 6C Last summer holidays, I went to Hainan with my family. It was fun. We went to many places and ate many kinds of food. Hainan is a good place for our holiday. If you were free or unhappy, you can come to Hainan to watch the unusual big sea and do something you like. Hainan is a beautiful spot. There are mountains and the sea, you can see a lot of happy faces on the beach too. We can see a lot of coconut trees on the road so that we can know coconut is an important product of Hainan. I love eating coconuts! We watched many animals, including deer, horses, birds, sheep, etc. I enjoy it very much. I thought it was the best place that I have even been to. I have happy days last summer holiday. I wanted to have more scenery to see. YEAH!!

15 Name : Wong Kin Tung Class : 4D Last summer holiday, I was very happy because I did many things. I went to visit Hong Kong International Airport with my parents. We could try to sit on a plane. But it was not a real plane. It was just a model plane. The guide introduced the airport very carefully. I understood more about Hong Kong International Airport. Also, I went to visit Hong Kong Museum of History. I saw many old things about China in the past. I learned many about Chinese history. Last summer holiday, I also visited Hong Kong Science Museum. I played a lot of interesting games in the museum. And I understood more about science. Besides visiting, I went to Hong Kong Central Library in Tin Hau with my parents to read and borrow many books. Also, I studied and did summer holiday homework at home. I did many exercises such as running and playing teble tennis. I was so happy in the last summer holiday.

16 Name : Wong Mei Ki Class : 6B Last summer holiday, I did a lot of things, like swimming, dancing and hiking. On this holiday, I swam with my mather in the morning. The water was very cold. But after a while, the water was not cold anymore. I swam happily. Although I always swam, I didn t learnhow to swim. I was very ashamed. In dance lessons, I learnt a new dance. I didn t want to dance. I wanted to go shopping more, because I could buy something. I wished the holiday would be longer, because I could do more things. I know the wish will not come true, but I will face the reality.

17 Name : Chow Tsz Fung Class : 5C Last summer, I spent my holiday in China with my family to visit our relatives there. We went to China by train and took two and a half hours to my cousin s house. I was very happy to meet them. In the first day morning, my cousin and I rode bicycles in the park. In China the parks are big, but they are dirty because nobody cleans the parks. In the afternoon, We went to a big restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and the prize is cheaper than that in Hong Kong. After lunch we went shopping. I bought some presents for my friends. My brother bought a ball. In the second day evening, we went to karaoke. I was shy of singing because I m not good at singing. While my auntie and my cousins were singing, I watched T.V. and ate the ordered foods. In the last day morning, we went to the zoo. I was frightened because I saw the elephants and zebras. We stayed in China for almost few days. We enjoyed it very much. That was how I spent my summer holiday.

18 Name: Ma On Ting Class: 4B I played computer games, did my homework, went shopping and played in the park in my last summer holiday. I always played computer games. I usually played computer games with my younger sister, Mandy. I could have more time to play with my friend and my sister. Every Sunday, I went shopping with my family. We usually went to the shopping mall. We usually bought a lot of foods. My parents sometimes bought toys for me and my sister. Sometimes I asked my friend to play with me and my sister in the park. I like my summer holiday because I can always play with my sister. I had to look after my sister in the summer holiday because my parents had to go to work. I hope every day is summer holiday because the summer holiday is fun.

20 Name: Chan Hong Ming Class:6B Last summer holidays, I joined a cooking class and a study club. The cooking lessons were very interesting! In the first lesson we cooked beef to eat. In the second lesson we made chicken curry (it was very hot for me)! We cooked many different kinds of food and made many drinks in these lessons! The study lessons were interesting too! We had a Chinese lessons, an English lesson, a Maths lesson and two activity lessons a week for about a month. And I went out to play and studied my new book when I was free. This is the last nice summer holidays in my primary school study because I m going to a secondary school to learn next year!

21 Name: Tam Ka Yi Class:4D My last summer holiday began on 17 th July and ended on 3 rd September. During that period, I spent most of my time in doing my assigned homework and reading book. When I had spare time, I watched television and played computer games. I also went to parks with my friends and we played together at the children playgrounds. Sometimes my family and I went shopping. One day in the holiday, I went to buy books with my sister and my mother. We went to the bookshop by riding bicycles. We left our bicycles outside the shop whiles we were reading books inside the shop. When we finished buying the books, we found that our bicycles were missing. This was an unhappy event, I could not forget it. I spent my last summer holiday meaningfully.
