The main purpose for establishment is to prevent animal wealth losses through manufacturing veterinary vaccines and biological diagnostic reagents. is located in Yajouz forest, 10 miles north of Amman. Therefore, we provide consistent quality products through the implementation of Good Quality Management System. Our products also con- form to Governmental Regulations and International Standards requirements (GMPs and GLPs) for manufacturing veterinary vaccines. These are implemented according to International Standards of OIE, FAO and WHO agencies to assure high quality and safe animal vaccines and biological products. The products are certified by International Reference Laboratories such as Paul Ehrlich Institute in Germany for (poultry vaccines), CNEVA/AFS- SA Laboratories in France (Brucella vaccines), Pirbright Laboratories in UK (pox vaccines), BGA Laboratories in Germany (Rose Bengal antigen) and Panvac Laboratories (FAO) in Ethiopia (PPR vaccine). Most of the vaccines master seeds used by are imported from international reference laboratories. Our laboratories are equipped with all necessary state-of-the-art high technology equipment for vaccine production and quality control testing. 5 3 4 ROUTES OF VACCINATAION OCULAR NASAL ORAL Dissolve the vaccine in a physiological saline solution and administer by means of standardized dropper (usually 30 ml per 1000 doses). Place a drop of the vaccine solution in the eye of each bird. Wait until the drop spreads properly, and then free the bird. A drop of the vaccine is administered in the nostril; obstructing the other nostril with the finger to ensure that the nasal drop is inhaled by the bird. This route of vaccination is usually performed by reconstituting the vaccine with cool pure drinking water, free of antiseptics, and add to it powdered skimmed milk (2 g/l) to stabilize the vaccine s activity for a better virus protection. The temperature of the drinking water should not exceed 15 o C to 20 o C. Birds should be vaccinated by the oral route in the early morning because it is the main period of drinking. INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORAGE AND USE OF JOVAC VACCINES 1. Maintain cleanliness at all times. 2. Store vaccines according to instructions to retain their potency until the expiry date printed on the label. 3. Apply usual aseptic procedures for the preparation of the vaccinal solution. 4. The freeze-dried vaccine pellet should be reconstituted with the recommended diluent. 5. Once the bottle/vial is opened it must be used within 2-4 hours, any remains should be discarded properly. AEROGENIC WING-WEB INTRAMUSCULAR SUBCUTANEOUS The vaccine medicated water should be spread over the correct number of birds, from a distance of cm; preferably when birds are sitting together under dim light. Types of spray: -Coarse Spray Vaccination with coarse spray should be used in the first days of life. -Fine Spray Vaccination with fine spray should be only used for revaccinations and avoided in the first days of life. Dip the vaccination needle into the diluted vaccine vial and then puncture the unfledged skin of the wing. Only used with oil-based poultry vaccines. Inject the vaccine into the breast or thigh muscles in chickens. The vaccine is injected in front the point of the shoulder, in the Lower back part of the neck region, or in the elbow region of the animal. A subcutaneous injection is given by making a tent with the skin and injecting the solution under the fold of the skin, parallel with the muscle. The vaccine should be delivered slowly. 6. Administer the vaccine according to the provided instructions. 7. Use sterile syringes and needles, and handle them carefully with clean dry hands and replace the needles frequently. 8. Do not use chemicals for cleaning syringes and needles used for live vaccines. 9. Always observe the batch number and expiry date of the vaccine. Record vaccination date and details of any reaction observed. 10. Store the vaccines in the dark.

6 5 6 precautions LIST OF PRODUCTS 1. Do not vaccinate sick and/or under stress animals. 2. Bring the vaccine to room temperature before vaccination. 3. Consult your veterinarian to check the immune status of animals and birds prior to vaccination. 4. Rapid ocular administration of vaccine in birds may leave high percentages of unvaccinated birds. 5. For spray vaccination, the vaccine solution should be sprayed above the birds. Close windows and fans for 15 minutes while spraying. The spraying apparatus should be free from sediments, corrosion and traces of disinfectants.
