1 SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS FOR AMBERLEY FOOTBALL CLUB INTRODUCTION Amberley Football Club is based at the Amberley Domain, a stone's throw from the centre of Amberley, on State Highway 1, a forty minute drive north of Christchurch. The club draws players from all over the Hurunui region and has all the hallmarks of a country football club with great grounds and fantastic side-line support. The club has a grown rapidly over the last ten years, now having over 200 players. The club junior teams begin with the 5-6 year olds playing 6th grade, then we have teams from 7th through to 10th grade which play in the North Canterbury competition. The older 11th to 18th grade teams play in the Mainland Football Christchurch competition. The club also has grade champion Masters and Women s teams. WHAT S IN IT FOR THE SPONSOR Amberley Football Club wants to make it as attractive as possible to your business to be involved with us as a sponsor. To give you maximum value for money we will: All sponsorship packages qualify for your logo, name and a link to your website on the Amberley Football Club website. This website has had a 220%-278% year on year increase in visits in May and June 2012 and is now an integral part of the club community. Provide mobile advertising travelling everywhere from Culverden to Ashburton, Oxford to Methven and throughout Christchurch 1. Provide advertising at the Amberley Domain for home game 1. WHAT S IN IT FOR THE FOOTBALL CLUB? The sponsorship we seek is team based and the benefits will be passed on to one of our teams rather than being kept by the club for running costs. Bronze Sponsorship allows teams use of indoor facilities for training purposes during the cold winter months and for senior teams to train under lights at the Amberley Domain. Silver Sponsorship allows us to upgrade the team s playing kit to include either training jackets or new playing strips which will be worn to all matches. Gold or Platinum Sponsorship allows both of these things to happen. 1 Dependent on sponsorship level. Gold and Silver sponsors receive this in the form of kit sponsorship.

2 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES SPONSORING SENIOR TEAMS Senior Teams are those 12 th and up for this purpose based on outfitting costs and team size. BRONZE SPONSORSHIP $400 gets a sign displayed at home games and logo/link placement on AFC Website for the season. SILVER SPONSORSHIP $1,000 gets team branding and logo/link placement on AFC Website for the season. The team branding may be on playing strip or on warm-up jackets etc depending on the team s needs. GOLD SPONSORSHIP $1,250 gets both of the above. SPONSORING JUNIOR TEAMS Junior Teams are those 11 th and below for this purpose based on outfitting costs and team size. BRONZE SPONSORSHIP $400 gets a sign displayed at home games and logo/link placement on AFC Website for the season SILVER SPONSORSHIP $800 gets team branding and logo/link placement on AFC Website for the season. The team branding may be on playing strip or on warm-up jackets etc depending on the team s needs. GOLD SPONSORSHIP $1,000 gets both of the above. OTHER OPTIONS PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $1,500 gives you the above plus naming rights sponsorship for the team. The club will use your name in match reports, draws media reports etc in the format XYZ Ltd N th or another formula which works for both you as the sponsor and for the club. Naming must be appropriate for the age of the team. The cost of Platinum Sponsorship is the same for either Senior or Junior Teams.
