1 Lawrence Charles Parish, MD, MD (Hon), Editor-in-Chief Doctor Lawrence Charles Parish received his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA, interned at the Philadelphia General Hospital (Blockley), and was a resident in dermatology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He was the first Fellow in Medical Journalism at the Journal of the American Medical Association. He is in the private practice of dermatology in Philadelphia, where is also Clinical Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology and Director of the Jefferson Center for International Dermatology, Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He has served on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and has been Visiting Professor of Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA, Yonsei University College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea, and Zagazig University School of Medicine, Zagazig, Egypt. He has received an honorary degree from the Sofia Faculty of Medicine in Bulgaria. His dermatology interests include decubitus ulcers, tropical dermatology, arthropod infestations, cutaneous bacterial infections, and the history of dermatology, for which he is President of the History of Dermatology Society and Honorary Member of the European Society for the History of Medicine. His list of publications approaches 600 contributions and 60 chapters or books. Doctor Parish is also Editor-in-Chief of SKINmed and former Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Dermatology. He serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Acta Dermatologica Croatia, and Cutis. Doctor Parish is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Founder of the Section on Dermatology of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, President of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology, and a Member of the American Dermatological Association. He has Honorary or Corresponding Membership in the Brazilian, British, Bulgarian, French, Istanbul, Israeli, Italian, and Polish dermatology societies and is the recipient of the Andreas Bello Award, First Class.

2 Larry E. Millikan, MD., Senior Deputy Editor Section Editor for Dermatologist Distinction Doctor Larry E. Millikan received his MD degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, following which he took his internship in the US Navy then as senior flight surgeon on the USS Lake Champlain and as flight surgeon to VR3 Maguire AFB NJ, following which he trained in dermatology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then returned to Missouri, becoming Professor and Vice- Chairman under the late Dr. Philip C. Anderson. Subsequently, he served for 25 years as Professor and Chairman of Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, being elected Professor and Chair Emeritus in the Katrina aftermath. During his tenure, he organized the popular annual All That Jazz CME program In addition to membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Dermatological Association, Women s Dermatologic Society, and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venerology, he serves on the editorial boards of several dermatology publications and is Deputy Editor of SKINmed. His interests include medical education, clinical dermatology, tropical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, mycology, and infectious diseases. Hirak B. Routh, MBBS, Managing Editor Doctor Hirak Routh received his medical degree from Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh, where he also did post-graduate training. He then worked for the Ministry of Health in Iran before coming to Philadelphia to study dermatology at the Jefferson Center for International Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University.

3 He is currently Senior Vice-President at Paddington Testing Company, Inc. in Philadelphia, where he has conducted numerous clinical trials in all phases of development of dermatologics. He has published on a variety of subjects ranging from tropical dermatology to balneology and from the history of the usage of soap to traditional Indian medicine. Mohamed A. Amer, MD, Editorial Board Member Professor Mohamed A. Amer, Cairo, Egypt received his MB, BCH in 1964 from Ain Shams University, Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology in 1969, Diploma in Medicine in 1971, and his MD in 1974, also from Ain Shams University. He is currently Emeritus Professor Dermatology and Venereology at Zagazig University in Zagazig, Egypt, where also he was at one-time President of the University. He is currently Visiting Professor of Dermatology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA and Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA. He is best known for having organized the Zagazig Conference of Dermatology and Venereology, a biennial event held in Cairo since 1980, now known as the Cairo Derma Congress. In addition to being Editor-in-Chief of the African Journal of Dermatology, he is currently on the Editorial Board of SKINmed, Turkish Journal of Dermatopathology, Egyptian Journal of Dermatology, Egyptian Journal of Andrology and Reproduction, and Kosmetische Medizin, to mention just a few of the publications. Professor Amer serves as a member of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Higher Education and the Egyptian Food and Drug Administration. He is Vice-President of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology, President of the African Association for Dermatology and Venereology, and President of the Mediterranean Association of Dermatology and Venereology. He is currently in the private practice of dermatology in Cairo.

4 Jean Bolognia, MD, Editorial Board Member Jean Bolognia, MD, is Professor of Dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT, where she also attended medical school. This was followed by an internship and residency in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She has served as President of the Medical Dermatology Society, the Women s Dermatologic Society, and the American Dermatological Association, in addition to serving as Vice-President of the Society of Investigative Dermatology, the American Board of Dermatology, and the International Society of Dermatology. She has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and the International League of Dermatological Societies. In the latter organization, she currently serves as Secretary-General. Doctor Bolognia is the senior editor of the textbook Dermatology, which is now in its fourth edition, and a shorter book, Dermatology Essentials. Her list of publications includes over 200 contributions and book chapters. Doctor Bologna has been the recipient of the 2018 Samuel J. Zakon Lectureship of the History of Dermatology Society. 5 Professor Sarah Brenner is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, completing her medical training at the University of Graz Medical School in Austria and at the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University. She took her post-graduate training in the Department of Dermatology at Ichilov Hospital, an affiliate of the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University. From 1989 until 2008, she was Head of the Department of Dermatology at the Sourasky Medical Center of Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, She has Guest Edited an issue on the role of gender in dermatologic disease, which evolved into the book, An Illustrated Manual of Gender Dermatology, and another on women s dermatology, from which developed the textbook Women s Dermatology: from Infancy to Maturity and the Atlas of Women s Dermatology: from Infancy to Maturity. Christopher B. Bunker, MA, MD, FRCP, Editorial Board Member Chris Bunker is Consultant Dermatologist at University College and Chelsea & Westminster, Hospitals, London, UK. He has a personal Chair at Imperial College and University College, London, UK. He was educated at St Catharine's College, Cambridge, UK and Westminster Medical School, London, UK and trained in Dermatology at The Middlesex and University College Hospitals, London, UK. He was awarded the Cambridge University Sir Walter Langdon-Brown prize for his MD thesis. He is a Past-President of the British Association of Dermatologists, St John's Hospital Dermatological Society, the Dermatology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine, and the Dowling Club. He has delivered the Royal College of Physicians Ingram Lecture (twice), the Dowling Oration, and the Neil Smith Lecture. He is currently the UK Board Member of the European Academy of Dermatovenereology and Secretary of the British Skin Foundation. His clinical and research interests include toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), melanoma, male genital dermatoses, and HIV dermatology and has been invited to lecture on these topics frequently in the UK and abroad. He has published over 330 papers, case reports, books, and chapters, including on TEN. His publication metrics are: h-index 35; i10-index 138; citations 5,336; Research Gate 45.93; top 97.5%.

6 Philip R. Cohen, MD, Editorial Board Member Section Editor for Dermatologic Disquisitions and Other Essays Doctor Philip R. Cohen is Professor of Dermatology at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, whose faculty he joined in Dr. Cohen joined the faculty in January He received his BA degree from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA and his medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. Doctor Cohen completed one-year of medical internship, medical residency, and dermatology research fellowship at The University of Texas-Houston Medical School, following which he took his Dermatology Residency at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. He completed two more fellowships: Dermatopathology at The University of Texas - Houston Medical School and Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Dermatologic Surgery Center, Houston. His interests include medical dermatology - particularly cutaneous manifestations of treatment in oncology patients - and mentoring students in writing medical literature. He has about 800 publications in peer-reviewed literature. Doctor Cohen ran 20 Houston marathons and several half marathons. He is married to Dr. Razelle Kurzrock, an oncologist; they have 4 children--and more recently, 3 basenjis--together.

7 Mauricio Goihman-Yahr, MD, PhD, Editorial Board Member Section Editor for Clio Dermatologica Mauricio Goihman-Yahr, MD, PhD is Emeritus Professor of Dermatology and Immunology at the Vargas School of Medicine of the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas. He received his MD from the Central University of Venezuela and his PhD in medical microbiology and immunology from Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, CA He was Professor of Dermatology for many years, serving as Chairman at one time, and Founding Professor of Immunology at the Central University. He is currently in private practice in Caracas and maintains interests in clinical dermatology, immunology, and leprosy. Among his many honors are the Andrés Bello Award (First Class) from the Government of Venezuela in 1985 and the José Maria Vargas Award (First Class) from the Central University. He holds membership in several societies, including Sigma Xi, American Academy of Dermatology, and Society for Investigative Derrmatology. Doctor Goihman-Yahr has served as president of the Venezuelan Society of Dermatology and the Venezuelan Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He has been elected an Honorary Member of the American Dermatological Society and a Corresponding Member of National Academy of Medicine(Venezuela). In addition to having authored over 180 scientific papers and 28 book chapters, he has served on the editorial boards of Dermatologí Venezolana, International Journal of Dermatology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and Medicina Cutánea IberoLatinaamericana. He has also been Editorial Consultant to The Lancet.

8 Jane M. Grant-Kels, MD, Editorial Board Member Jane M. Grant-Kels, MD is Vice Chair of the Department of Dermatology, Director of the Cutaneous Oncology Center and Melanoma Programs, and Professor of Dermatology, Pathology, and Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, CT. She is also founding chair emeritus of the Department of Dermatology, founding director emeritus of the dermatology residency program, and founding director emeritus of the dermatopathology laboratory. She attended Smith College and Cornell University Medical College. She then trained in pediatrics and dermatology at Cornell s New York Hospital. Following her residency, she completed a dermatopathology fellowship at New York University under the late A. Bernard Ackerman. She serves on numerous editorial boards related to her field and is Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical Medicine and founding Co-editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Women s Dermatology. Recently, she has become Deputy Editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. Doctor Grant-Kels has published over 310 manuscripts and 95 chapters, guest edited 20 special issues of journals, including Pediatric Dermatology and Kids Are Note Just Little People for Clinics in Dermatology, and edited or co-authored six books. She was a member of the Board of the Women s Dermatologic Society and is presently on the Board of the American Academy of Dermatology and Vice-President elect (2017). Her areas of interest are pigmented lesions, confocal microscopy, dermatoscopy, and dermatoethics. Andrzej Grzybowksi, MD, PhD, MBA, Editorial Board Member Section Editor for Caretaker of the Skin

9 Andrzej Grzybowski is Professor and Chairman of Ophthalmology at the University of Warmia and Mazury, Olsztyn, Poland and Director of the Institute for Research in Ophthalmology of the Foundation for Ophthalmology Development, Poznan, Poland. His professional expertise includes clinical ophthalmology, history of dermatology, parameterizations in science, and history of ophthalmology. He is active in many organizations, including Euretina (Co-opted Board member), American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) (International Fellow; Member of the Global One Advisory Board and Museum of Vision s Program Committee), International Council of Ophthalmology (program coordinator for WCO in ), Cogan Society, EVER, ESCRS (curator of ESCRS Archive), and representative for Poland for the International Society of Refractive Surgery) International Council. He is a Life Member (LIV) and Chairman of LIV) of the European Academy of Ophthalmology and Treasurer. He has been active contributor to major ophthalmic conferences worldwide, including AAO (Achievement Award 2017), APAO (International Coordinator), WCO (Programme Coordinator), Euretina, ESCRS, EVER, and ISOPT. Professor Grzybowski has delivered invited lectures at many national and international ophthalmic meetings, He also serves on the Editorial Boards of Acta Ophthalmologica, Graefes Archive for Experimental and Clinical Ophthalmology, Translational Vision Science and Technology (ARVO journal), and Neuro-Ophthalmology. He has been author of more than 350 peerreviewed international publications (total IF higher than 700), and reviewer for more than 20 journals. Gupta, MD, PhD, MBA, FRCPC, Editorial Board Member Doctor Gupta received his medical degree from the University of Southampton, UK. He then completed his internship at the University of Toronto, Ontario, and a dermatology residency and clinical research fellowship at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, following which he received his PhD from the University of Göteborg, Sweden. He is Professor of Dermatology at the University of Toronto School of Medicine. He has organized and conducts an active clinical trial units in London, Ontario and is the director of a basic research laboratory. His clinical research has focused on superficial fungal infections (onychomycosis, tinea pedis, tinea capitis), psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, actinic keratosis, and skin cancer. Doctor Gupta has over 663 publications, is on 15 journal editorial boards, and reviews for over 25 journals.

Jan Gutermuth, MD, PhD, Editorial Board Member Professor Jan Gutermuth studied medicine at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz/ Germany and trained in dermatology and allergology at the Humboldt University Berlin (Charité) and Technische University Munich (TUM). After a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute/ NIH, he served as physician and scientific group leader at the Department of Dermatology and Allergology of the TUM and the TUM Center for Allergy and Environment (ZAUM) and the Helmholtz Center Munich. In 2013, he was appointed Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology of the Vrije Universiteit, Brussel, Belgium. His interest lies in immunodermatoses, especially atopic dermatitis and their modulation using specific and nonspecific immunotherapy. Current projects address the role of autoreactivity in type 2 immune mediated diseases. Professor Gutermuth serves on the Immunology Board of the European Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and is a member of the Royal Belgian Society of Dermatology and the Belgian Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the International Archives of Allergy and Immunology (IAAI). He has received a number of scientific awards from the European Society of Dermatological Research (ESDR), EAACI, and the German Society for Dermatological Research (ADF).

11 Andreas Katsambas, MD, Editorial Board Member Professor Andreas Katsambas is Emeritus Professor of Dermatology and Venereology at the University of Athens in Greece and is Head of the Dermatology Clinic at Hygeia Hospital in Athens. He has served as President of the Hellenic Society of Dermatology and Venereology from 1997 through 2001 and again from 2003 through He has been Secretary-General of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology ( ) and President ( ). In 2011, he was elected as an International Member of the American Dermatological Association. His publications exceed over 360, with an h-index = 40 and over 5900 citations. He has authored or edited several books, three of which are in English, and some have been translated into four other languages. He has served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology (JAMA Dermatology), Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, and the International Journal of Dermatology. As a Member of the Editorial Board of Clinics in Dermatology, he has Guest Edited the issue on Acne and more recently Acne, Rosacea, and Hidradentitis Suppurativa. George Kroumpouzos, MD, PhD, Editorial Board Member George Kroumpouzos, MD, PhD is Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Providence, RI, and Professor of Dermatology, Collaborator, at Jundiaí Medical School, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is the Medical Director of GK Dermatology, PC, South Weymouth, MA and Attending Dermatologist at the Dermatoepidemiology Unit of Brown Medical School.

12 Doctor Kroumpouzos is a Board Member of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology. His expertise is in the fields of obstetric/gynecologic dermatology, procedural dermatology, psychocutaneous disease, and disorders of pigmentation. He has authored more than 67 peer-reviewed contributions, 27 book chapters, and 2 monographs. The Text Atlas of Obstetric Dermatology is one of three books he has edited. Passionate about teaching, he has delivered lectures as an invited speaker and chaired expert panels at over 80 national and international meetings. Doctor Kroumpouzos has served on the Editorial Board of several dermatology journals. He is the recipient of several accolades, including awards by the International Union Against Cancer and the Dean s Excellence in Teaching at Brown Medical School. Mark G. Lebowhl, MD, Editorial Board Member Doctor Mark Lebowhl graduated sum cum laude from Columbia College in New York in 1974 and received his MD in 1978 from Harvard Medical School in Boston. He completed residencies in both internal medicine and dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is the Kimberly and Eric J. Waldman Professor and Chairman of the Kimberly and Eric J. Waldman Department of Dermatology of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Among his accomplishments are serving as President of the New York Dermatological Society, the Manhattan Dermatologic Society, and the New York State Society of Dermatology, ad well as Chairman of the Dermatology Section of the New York Academy of Medicine. He has authored or co-authored over 500 publications including peer-reviewed contributions, invited papers, and book chapters. Doctor Lebwohl is actively involved in clinical trials of many new dermatologic treatments.

13 Antonio Ledo, MD, PhD, Editorial Board Member Professor Antonio Ledo received his MD degree from the University of Valladolid (Spain) with the Extraordinary Achievement Award and his PhD from the University Complutense of Madrid. He continued his dermatology studies with Dr. Arthur Rook in Cambridge, UK and pursued his interest in immunology with Dr. Robin Coombs, also in Cambridge. He has served as Head of Dermatology at the Ramon y Cajal Hospital in Madrid and Professor of Dermatology at the University of Alcalá, also in Madrid. Professor Ledo is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and several other dermatology societies, including those in Columbia, Costa Rica, France, Peru, and Portugal. He is a Fellow of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology. In 1987, Professor Ledo served as President of the XI Congress of the Colegio Ibero Latinoamericano de Dermatología. He has contributed over 500 papers to Spanish journals and has 52 publications in international journals. The Ledo Family has been a medical family for two centuries. The first member received his MD in 1825 and became a professor of surgery. His son was a professor of pediatrics. Since 1896, there have been four generations of dermatologists with the fifth qualifying in Jasna Lipozenc ic, MD, PhD, Editorial Board Member Professor Jasna Lipozenc ic is a graduate of the Zagreb University School of Medicine in Croatia and completed her dermatology and venereology training at the University Department of Dermatology and Venereology of the University Clinical Hospital Center in Zagreb. She was University Professor of Dermatology and Venereology in the

14 same institution and was Chief of the Department and Head of Cathedra of Dermatovenereology in the Zagreb University School of Medicine until becoming emerita. She is a subspecialist in dermatologic oncology, pediatric dermatology, allergology, and clinical immunology. She is a member of ten international societies, including the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as an honorary member of the Austrian and German Dermatological Societies and of the Hungarian Sexually Transmitted Society. Professor Lipozencic is President of the Croatian Academy of Medical Sciences, was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and is a member of the Committee for Allergology, Clinical Immunology, and Biological Preparation of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Professor Lipozenc ic was Editor-in-Chief of Acta Dermatovenerologica Croatica and serves on the Editorial Board of several other journals, including SKINmed, Dermatologia Kliniczna, and Acta Dermatovenerologica Albanica. Her interests include allergy and clinical immunology in dermatology, especially atopic dermatitis and in vivo diagnostic procedures, psoriasis, STDs, epidermal malignant tumors, and corrective dermatology. Her published scientific contributions exceed 950. Professor Lipozenc ic has guest edited the issues on Sexually Transmitted Infections and Bullous Diseases in Clinics in Dermatology. Oumeish Yousef Oumeish, MD, FRCP (Glasgow), Editorial Board Member Doctor Oumeish was born in Salt City Jordan and attended high school in Amman, Jordan. He took his medical education at the Alexandria University Medical School (Egypt), following which he joined the Royal Medical Services Jordan Armed Forces, where he trained in medicine and dermatology for 6 years. Subsequently, he earned the Diploma in Dermatology from the University of London and the Diploma in Sexually Transmitted Diseases from the University of Liverpool. Doctor Oumeish also served a fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Medical School in Boston. During his medical career, Dr. Oumeish has been Administrative Director for King Hussein Medical Center and Chief of both the Department of Medicine and the Department of Dermatology. He completed his army career as a major general and has practiced in the private sector in Amman as Director of the Jordan Laser Center and the Amman Clinic. Additional accolades include being Visiting Professor of Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA and President of the Jordan Private Medical Association. Since 2017, he has served as a senator in the Jordan Parliament. He has had a special interest in leishmaniasis, for which he organized several conferences in Amman, as well as in pediatric dermatology, psoriasis, and melanoma. He has severed on the editorial boards of ten medical journals. Doctor Oumeish has received numerous international awards, including the Jordan Royal Medical Services Shield, the Jerusalem Cross of the Roman Catholic Church, and the Jordanian Military Merit of Award Medal of the Second Order. 15 Joseph Pace, MD, FRCP, Editorial Board Member Doctor Joseph Pace received his MD from the University of Malta, following which he took post-graduate training in the UK at Edinburgh, Stoke-on-Trent, and Manchester at the Manchester Skin Hospital. 28 Gil Yosipovitch, MD, Editorial Board Member Gil Yosipovitch, MD obtained his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology from the Rabin Medical Center affiliated to the Sackler School of Medicine. He is Professor of Dermatology at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami and Director of the Miami Itch Center, which serves as an institutional hub for patient-focused care, research collaborations, and interactions among investigative dermatologists, neuro-medical, and other biomedical scientists. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Miami, Dr. Yosipovitch was Founding Chair of the Department of Dermatology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Philadelphia and directed the first translational, clinical and research center dedicated to the study of chronic itch in the USA. He has received numerous grants from government, industry, and private foundations to pursue his investigations into the causes and cures of diseases of the skin and has contributed more than 400 papers to books and peer reviewed journals and has edited three books. Doctor Yosipovitch is the Founder and Past-President of the International Forum for the Study of Itch and has served on the editorial boards of six key dermatology in addition to Clinics in Dermatology, including The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Experimental Dermatology, and Acta Dermato-Venereologica. Doctor Yosipovitch presented the Marion B. Sulzberger Lectureship at the 2016 American Academy of Dermatology Meeting for his work on itch. Other accolades include the Heinz Maurer Prize by the German Dermatology Society in 1998, the inaugural Jeffrey Bernhard Award at the World Conference of Itch in Boston in 2013, and the Medal of Wroclaw Medical University, Poland in During his 11 years of tenure at Wake Forest School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, NC, he received both the Clinical Investigator Award and the Friends of Students Award for Teacher of the Year. He has given more than 400 invited lectures to dermatology groups and organizations around the world and has mentored more than 30 fellows, PhD students, and post-doctoral fellows.
