Here Is The Free Report That You Requested... Whole Body Vibration... Discover What This Amazing Technology Can Do For You If you are suffering from Osteoporosis Fibromyalgia High Blood Pressure Low Back Pain Sports Injuries Balance or Coordination Problems Or if you are looking for a way to... Increase Metabolism Burn Fat Lose Weight and Inches Increase Energy Increase Strength Increase Flexibility Reduce Cellulite Reduce Varicose Veins Whole Body Vibration training may be the solution you ve been searching for. Whole Body Vibration machines are used by cutting edge wellness centers, USA Olympic teams and sports franchises like the Boston Red Sox, New York Giants and Los Angeles Lakers as well as spas and rehabilitation centers all over the world. Whole Body Vibration provides enormous benefits in a very short time. Hi, My name is Dr. Steven L. Reizer and I ve been using the most advanced technology combined with traditional hands on care to improve patient s health without drugs or surgery for over 17 years. I m excited about this new technology called Whole Body Vibration (WBV) because of its many applications, its track record for safety, and all of the scientific research behind it. I think you can benefit from it too so please read on to discover more...

Where It All Started The earliest use of this technology dates back to the mid 1880 s by John Harvey Kellogg. Kellogg used vibrating chairs and platforms in his Battle Creek, Michigan health Sanitarium as a part of his wellness strategies. Although crude as it was, Kellogg was on to something. But it wasn t until the 1960 s that real research into vibration technology took place. Russian scientists began experimenting with vibration technology for cosmonauts in their space program. Due to the lack of gravity in space, their cosmonauts were experiencing muscle atrophy and bone loss upon returning to earth. The Russian space program began using vibration therapy for rehabilitation after prolonged space flights to rebuild bone and muscle. Since then, there have been numerous studies that document the increase in both bone and muscle tissue after using whole body vibration. How Does It Work? The user stands on or performs various exercises on a vibrating platform. The vibrations, which are measured in hertz (Hz), range between 20 and 50 Hz and the amplitude (up and down movement of the platform) can be anywhere from 1 to 3 millimeters (mm). This simply means that at 25 Hz, the muscles will receive 25 cycles of vibration per second causing the muscles to contract and relax 25 times per second. This sub-conscious contraction of the muscles produces much more stimulus involving many more muscle fibers at a much faster rate than is possible with traditional training methods. Training Effects Since more muscle fibers are activated under the influence of vibration, muscles can be used more quickly and efficiently making them capable of generating more force. An immediate effect of vibration training is an improvement in circulation. The rapid contraction and relaxation of the muscles at 20 to 50 times per second acts as a pump on the blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, increasing the speed of blood flow through the body. Some users actually report being able to feel this as a warm, tingling sensation in the skin.

One of the major differences between conventional training methods and WBV is that there is very minimal loading meaning it is very easy on the ligaments and joints. That is why this particular form of training is highly suited to people who would otherwise find exercise difficult due to old age, illness, weight or injury. On the other hand, it is also highly suitable for the professional athlete looking to strengthen their muscles and improve their performance without overloading their joints. Vibration training also has demonstrated a positive effect on bone mineral density. The vibrations from the machine cause a remodeling of the bone by stimulating the osteoblasts (cells that build bone) and decreasing the activity of the osteoclasts (cells that break down bone). Repeated stimulation of this system combined with the increase pull on the bones by the rapid muscle contractions can prevent bone loss and result in an increase in bone density over time finally, a drug-free, safe way to fight osteoporosis. Abdominal or Belly Fat Other Benefits of Whole Body Vibration... A recent study of 79 obese adults found: 1. Those using whole body vibration training in addition to a low calorie diet lost twice as much visceral fat after six months compared to those who followed a low calorie diet with cardio and weight training. 2. The decrease in visceral fat remained at the same level in the vibration group after 12 months, while the diet and fitness groups returned to their normal base line values after 12 months. Cellulite Reduction Improving the circulation in areas prone to cellulite, which is exactly what whole body vibration does, helps reduce cellulite from the inside out. Whereas liposuction, creams and wraps only temporary reduce the appearance of cellulite, whole body vibration acts as a mechanical massage for your body using thousands of muscle contractions to increase circulation. A 2004 German study found that whole body vibration training alone reduced cellulite on subjects thighs and buttocks. When cardio exercises were added to vibration training, cellulite dropped even more.

Increased Circulation A 2007 study from Loma Linda University in California showed that lower extremity blood flow was doubled after just short durations of whole body vibration. Another study from the University of Melbourne, Australia completed in 2009 showed a four-fold increase in lower extremity blood flow after just 12 minutes of standing on a whole body vibration machine. Osteoporosis A 2003 study from a Belgium University set out to examine the effects that whole body vibration would have on hip density, muscle strength and postural control in post menopausal women. This study found that after six months of whole body vibration training just three times per week, both isometric and dynamic muscle strength improved and there was a significant increase in bone mineral density of the hip. No adverse effects from vibration were reported. A 2006 study form the Faculty of Sports Sciences, University of Extremadura, Spain found that whole body vibration reduces the risk of bone fracture more than walking. In this study, participants in the vibration group completed three WBV sessions per week for eight months. Each session consisted of 6 rounds of 1 minute vibration with a one minute rest between rounds. In the walking group, participants also completed three sessions per week for eight months. The walking sessions were 55 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of stretching. After eight months the WBV group had a significant increase in bone mineral density at the femoral neck compared to the walking group. Balance was improved in the WBV group but not in the walking group. Do you think that osteoporosis drugs like Fosamax or Boniva are the answer? Think again. An article published in the Wall Street Journal and also in the Archives of Internal Medicine reported that a study found a link between the drugs Fosamax and Actonel and fractures of the femur and disfiguring destruction of the jaw bone. The study found a significant risk for these fractures that increases the longer the drugs are taken. Some

patients have broken a leg by everyday activities like stepping off a curb. Merck & Co., the manufacturer of Fosmax has thousands of lawsuits against them because of these fractures and jaw bone issues. Some reports allege that Merck knew about the risks but hid them from consumers. Whole body vibration appears to be a safer way to fight osteoporosis without all the risks. Other Documented Benefits of Whole Body Vibration Include: Reduced Lower Back Pain Fibromyalgia Low Impact Exercise, Easy on the joints, Short duration Reduce High Blood Pressure Increase Metabolism To Burn Fat Increase Strength and Flexibility Even though WBV training is extremely safe with virtually no impact on the joints, it s not for everyone... IF You Have One of the Following Conditions, You Should NOT Use Whole Body Vibration Pregnancy Acute / Deep Vein Thrombosis Serious Cardiovascular Disease Pacemaker Unstable Spondylolisthesis Tumors Recent Surgeries Epilepsy Gallstones, Kidney Stones, Bladder Stones Cardiac Dysrhythmias Acute Migraines Surgical Metal Implants Aside from the contraindicated conditions listed above, whole body vibration training is an extremely safe and efficient way to experience the benefits of traditional exercise in a very short time with minimal effort. Just three 10 minute sessions per week are all that is necessary to start improving your health. Don t Take My Word For It... Try It Yourself and You Be the Judge!

I m offering you a Complimentary WBV Session & Demonstration so you can experience it firsthand. I m so convinced that you ll like using this machine that I m offering you a chance to do just that... try it out for yourself. See what if feels like... See how easy it is to get the exercise you need without spending an hour in the gym... Without feeling embarrassed if you can t keep up with the rest of the Zumba class... Without having to spend an hour going nowhere on the treadmill or the elliptical machine... You can get all the benefits of a great workout in a fraction of the time with this technology. Plus, we can tailor a doctor supervised exercise program for your specific needs or goals. When you come in for your complimentary WBV session, I ll do a brief review of your health history just to make sure that this type of exercise is appropriate for you. I ll ask you a few brief questions about your specific health needs or goals and any previous conditions you may have been diagnosed with. Then, I ll show you how the WBV machine works and personally take you through a mini-session so you can feel what it s like. I promise you, there will be no high pressure to continue, no contracts for you to sign, no hidden fees, or any other nonsense like that. After that, if you want to continue to benefit from WBV you can. If you don t, that s ok too. But at least you tried it so you know what s available. And this way you can at least try it risk free and without spending a dime. If you do want to continue you ll be happy to know that this service is covered by most insurance plans (except Medicare) and even if you don t have insurance, it s extremely affordable. Sincerely, Dr. Steven L. Reizer, DC P.S. Call my office today at to schedule your Complimentary WBV Session & Demonstration and print out the certificate on the next page.
