7 BACHELOR OF EXERCISE SCIENCE (Sport Practice) or (Clinical Practice) Two new courses which are likely to be accredited by Exercise and Sport Science Australia (peak body in our area). The two courses both develop the graduates skills to utilise exercise to produce functional outcomes for clients: Sport Practice- Improve sporting performance and functional capability Clinical Practice- Treat and rehabilitate sporting injuries, workplace injuries, lifestyle conditions etc. The two courses share a common first year and allow for transfer between degrees and into our other sport-related degrees.

The advantage of undertaking the VU Bachelor of Applied Science (PE Secondary) course is that the teacher is accredited to teach Health and PE from prep to year 12. In addition, the student will be able to elect a third teaching area to specialise in. The graduate will be required to undertake a Masters of Teaching prior to commencing their career.
