When sending through epledge, indicate the type (Kickoff or Reminder) and number of the corresponding . In epledge, Reminder s are only sent to employees who have not yet pledged in the current campaign. If you would like the s to also go to employees who have already pledged please let us know.
Kickoff #1 Subject: We are stronger together Hi First Name, Today begins the 2016 United Way campaign, an effort that creates a stronger community through collaboration, investment and service. As citizens, we are the heart of this community. Thanks to your generous support, United Way of Greater St. Louis impacts one in three people throughout a 16-county region in Missouri and Illinois to foster learning, establish financial stability, strengthen communities, improve health and provide food and shelter to those in need. Please join us today by making a gift to United Way of Greater St. Louis through this secure online pledge system and help people live their best possible lives. Thank you for your consideration in supporting United Way.
Kickoff #2 Subject: Announcing the 2016 United Way Campaign Hi First Name, On Christmas Eve 2012, 41-year-old Tommy, a former amateur Golden Gloves boxer and business owner, had a stroke that severely limited his mobility and speech. After working with United Way-supported Paraquad, Inc., an organization empowering people with disabilities to increase their independence, Tommy did the unimaginable and gave his wife a hug using both of his arms. Although small, this task was something both thought he'd never be able to do again, and he wouldn't have without the help of United Way and people like you. Today begins the 2016 United Way campaign, an effort that creates a stronger community through collaboration, investment and service. We encourage you to join your fellow colleagues in contributing to United Way of Greater St. Louis through this secure online pledge system and help people like Tommy live their best possible lives. Thanks for your generous support, United Way of Greater St. Louis has a lasting impact on people throughout a 16-county region in Missouri and Illinois. Thank you for your consideration in supporting United Way.
Reminder #1 Subject: United Way 2016 Campaign Reminder Hi First Name, Since the start of the 2016 United Way campaign, we have been inspired by the generosity and dedication of your colleagues to invest in the St. Louis region. United Way of Greater St. Louis supports a network of nonprofit agencies that provide indepth and critical health and human services throughout the region. United Way member agencies serve nearly one out of three people in the region, like Charlie, a three-year-old with a rare genetic disorder causing blindness. With the assistance of United Way of Greater St. Louis, Charlie and his family receive support, training and skill development to help him continue to thrive as a little boy. The need in our community is significant and every gift is important, so please join our mission in supporting this great effort. Thank you.
Reminder #2 Subject: Join your colleagues who have pledged to United Way Hi First Name, When you pledge to United Way of Greater St. Louis, you are supporting the people who make up our community. The mission of United Way is to help others live their best possible lives and we believe that together we can make a difference. Before this campaign is over, please join your colleagues who have already pledged their support.
Reminder #3 Subject: Join us to strengthen your community Dear First Name, We are reminding you today to pledge to your United Way of Greater St. Louis workplace campaign. We are committed to making a difference in the community, and we couldn't do it without you. Please make a gift to United Way of Greater St. Louis through this secure online pledge system and help people live their best possible lives. Thank you.
Reminder #4 Subject: Invest in our region through United Way Dear First Name, As you know, your organization is participating in this year's United Way of Greater St. Louis campaign. We hope you will join in supporting the effort to create a strong community and make a difference in the lives of many. There are many reasons to partner with United Way of Greater St. Louis, but first and foremost, because of the vital work United Way does throughout the region. Instead of focusing on a single cause or issue, United Way supports hundreds of nonprofits to help the community as a whole. Because of this, the impact of United Way of Greater St. Louis is tremendous. Without a doubt, someone you know-a friend, coworker, family member, neighbor or even yourself has received or used services through a United Way member agency. And, the annual gifts contribute to the development and implementation of long-term solutions that address some of the most complex and pressing issues our region faces today, enabling us to invest in and create a better St. Louis region for the next generation. Please pledge to United Way of Greater St. Louis.
Reminder #5 Subject: Helping your neighbors Dear Katy, As you know, our organization is participating in this year's United Way of Greater St. Louis campaign. We hope you will join in supporting the effort to create a strong community and make a difference in the lives of many. When you pledge to United Way, you are helping our neighbors live their best possible lives. Instead of focusing on a single cause or issue, United Way of Greater St. Louis supports many nonprofit agencies that provide a variety of health and human services and programs to our region. Because of your contributions last year, United Way-supported agencies in the region helped one out of three local people. Please join us in helping our neighbors by pledging to United Way of Greater St. Louis.
Reminder #6 Subject: Servicing our community Dear First Name, As you know, our organization is participating in this year's United Way of Greater St. Louis campaign. We hope you will join in supporting the effort to create a strong community and make a difference in the lives of many. When you pledge to United Way, you can be confident that your gift stays here and helps the people of St. Louis and its surrounding area. United Way of Greater St. Louis supports many local nonprofits and community agencies that provide health and human services to people in 320 zip codes in our region. United Way serves 16 counties throughout Missouri and Illinois, covering a population of nearly 3 million people. Without your support, United Way would not be able to have such a wide reach, and your gift is vital to continuing to help the community. Please join us in helping our neighbors by pledging to United Way of Greater St. Louis.
Reminder #7 Last Day Subject: Last Day to give to United Way Dear First Name, Today, on our last day of the 2016 United Way of Greater St. Louis campaign, please take a moment right now and pledge your support to this important effort. We're encouraged by how many of your colleagues joined the campaign, proving how generous the St. Louis community is. Your gift, no matter the size, is helping local people live their best possible lives. We hope you will give through the secure online pledge system. Today is your last chance to make a difference and help us reach our campaign goal. Thank you.
