In we provide the following services: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Adult Community Mental Health Services Learning Disability Services Older People s Mental Health Services I hope you find this guide useful. 3 Specialist Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Emergency mental health referrals Can be made to: Tel: Fax: Eating disorder services are provided by South London and Maudsley NHS FT Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm Tel: to 18 years Mental health assessment and treatment for children and young people with significant, complex or enduring emotional or mental health difficulties. Access to the service Routine or urgent referrals via Young People s Wellbeing Service. Single point of access (SPA) for all children and young people. SPA triage all referrals. Tel: Secure bromh.bromleyy@nhs.net 17 Elthelbert Road BR1 1JA CAMHS is relocating to Stepping Stones in Jan 2017: 38 Masons Hill BR2 9JG Emergency presentations (e.g. via A&E) Presentations to A&E between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 9pm weekends and bank holidays are assessed by CAMHS. Out of hours assessed by the Oxleas duty psychiatrists. Care is provided by CAMHS to children and young people with mental health conditions e.g. Mood disorders - e.g. low or fluctuating mood, depression, early onset psychosis Anxiety disorders - e.g. generalised /specific anxiety, phobias, obsessions/compulsions Adjustment disorders Somatoform disorder Personality disorders Habit and impulse disorders Conduct disorder Attachment disorder Self-harm / self-injury Suicidality Learning and Neurodevelopmental disorders associated with mental health symptoms. 5 Adult Community Mental Health Services West How to refer: Primary Care Plus (PCP) - is the direct link between primary and secondary care services delivering tele-triage, direct advice and support to GPs. Referrals no longer go to the Intake and Liaison Team at Stepping Stones. ADAPT Pathway - therapeutic interventions for adults residing within who require care and treatment for anxiety, depression, affective disorders, personality disorders and PTSD. Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP) - care and treatment for service users who are diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
