When I retired as treasurer, there was a healthy surplus in place which allowed it to continue to grow into the outstanding Organisation it is today. I am a Past President of the Eating Disorders Research Society and was deeply honoured to receive the first Life Time Achievement Award from ANZAED. I have a wealth of experience in the field of eating disorders as both an academic and clinician obtained over the past 39 years and believe I have the vision to continue to grow and develop ANZAED especially from the grassroots up in ensuring that the next generation of eating disorder academics/clinicians are given the necessary recognition and support to develop their interests in eating disorders.

Shane Jeffrey Dietitian, Queensland, Australia Positions nominating for: Executive Secretary, Treasurer, General committee member I am Shane Jeffrey, a Brisbane based dietitian. Having served a four year period on the executive committee as a general member in the past, I am ready to play a more active role in the future growth and profile of ANZAED. I have a solid knowledge of ANZAED s broader objectives, and I am excited about the future directions of our field. Clinically, I have worked almost exclusively in the field of eating disorders since 1995 with my experience encompassing both the private and public sectors.
