Collaborated with other nonprofit and government entities to address violence against women and their children. Managed agency budget of one million dollars : Consultant, The Thurston Group, Inc., Miami, Florida. Provided training to nonprofit and government organizations on different topics including cultural sensitivity and team building. Responsible for residential and nonresidential program services for runaway, homeless, and abused adolescents ranging from years of age.
