2 Welcome Come and orchestrate with us a fruitful exchange on drug therapy in neonates and children. Dear colleagues and friends, we would like to invite you to attend the next European Congress on developmental, perinatal and pediatric pharmacology that will be held June 4-7, 2013 in Salzburg, Austria. This Congress is the biannual meeting of the European Society for Developmental, Perinatal and Pediatric Pharmacology and since its inception in 1988 it has attracted participants from all over the world representing academia, industry and regulatory authorities. The scientific programme will cover experiences from the EU, US and WHO initiatives for pediatric medicines, state-of-the art developments in translational and clinical pharmacology, and dedicated sessions for young researches to present their data. Furthermore this meeting will be the premier platform for networking between translational and clinical researchers, pharmacists and clinicians, industry and regulators who aim for better development and use of medicines in children. A special Meet the Expert programme will offer plenty of opportunity to meet with leading researches and pediatric pharmacologists. We look forward to welcoming you! Florian B.
