2 Enjoy An Evening with Friends & Other Women We ve designed a series of fun and unusual events with a sprinkle of finance thrown in to spark your passion for giving. Our events are small private gatherings where women come together for an evening of music, finance and fun. Each event focuses on one financial topic, but also exclusive entertainment and fun activities such as: Young classical music talent from the Chicago area Cooking demonstrations from local award-winning chefs Discussions with personal stylists who specialize in worry-free wardrobes Manicures & pedicures for the whole group And more After beautiful food and wine, you ll be able to sit back, relax, and learn about strengthening your financial health.

3 Educate A Woman s Financial Life Women often deal with unique financial situations. leaving and re-entering the workforce Women end up on average having about 30% less in their retirement accounts 2 becoming suddenly single ½ of women over age 65 outlive their husbands by 15 years 2 the sandwich generation Many women find themselves juggling care for both aging parents and adolescent children 2 All of these have effects on our financial health. Each event will feature a brief 20-minute talk on an aspect of financial planning relevant to women like you. And one of the most wonderful results of financial planning is that you can invest in causes you care about. Many women we ve talked to want to give, but have no strategic plan for giving. This makes charitable donations stressful and disorganized. We ll talk through healthy giving habits, but as with all of these events, there s no pressure to give. We do not represent any not-for-profit organization. Rather, we want to give you information on how you can organize your giving as a holistic part of a healthy financial plan.

5 Financial Planning: A Women s Issue American women are the largest national economy on earth. We control $7 trillion in consumer and business spending and are building our wealth more than ever before. 1 But many women still worry about their finances. We ve designed a series of events where women can learn about finances, discuss their concerns, ask questions, and most importantly have fun.
