2 Day 1: Female Voiding Dysfunction & Urge Urinary Incontinence Day 2: Female Stress Urinary Incontinence & Pelvic Organ Prolapse Day 3: Urogynecoloical Surgical Complications & Pelvic Organ Prolapse A variety of endoscopic, laparoscopic and open procedures will be performed : i) for urge urinary incontinence from intravesical botulinum toxin to clam ileocystoplasy ii) for stress urinary incontinence from intraurethral bulking agents to bladder neck AUS iii) for prolapse from anterior repair to sacrocolpopexy iv) for voiding dysfunction from intraurethral botulinum toxin to Mitrofanoff channel formation v) for urogynaecological surgical complications from vaginal repair of VVF to ureteric reimplantation Short focused lectures will provide the academic background for the demonstrated surgical procedures Topics to be discussed include: The Management of Frequency/Urgency. The Optimal Medical Therapy for IDO. Which Treatment for IDO? Has Clam Cystoplasty become Obsolete? What is an Excellent Botulinum Toxin Service? What is the Optimal Management for SUI in 2016? What is the Role of Bulking Agents for Managing SUI? How Should we Manage Recurrent/Persistent SUI in 2016? Female Artificial Urinary Sphincter - Excellent Results from a Safe Operation. How Should We Manage Recurrent/Persistent Prolapse? How to Avoid Urinary Tract Injuries During Surgery. Management of Gynaecological Injuries to the Urinary Tract.
