IDD-Demeter Sliver Desinfection Technology International Dairy Development (IDD) has a long history in preventive animal health care and advice to farmers. Our group was founded in northern Sweden in Scandinavia, where our founder had a vision and an idea to improve the profitability of farmers by working preventively against problems, instead of costly veterinary treatments with high antibiotic consumption. There has been a red thread throughout our group and our business for the past 45 years. Yet today we are a family business with the feet of the earth and the ear against farmers need for products and tools that make everyday life easier, create added value and better profitability for farmers, and, in particular, provide the animals with the optimum ability to keep healthy and produce high quality food for the world's consumers. It is many years since we began to think in alternative ways to the traditional methods of preventive work on animal health, udder health, milk quality etc. For many years, we have seen that the world's consumption of antibiotics increases every year, more and more types of bacteria form resistance development against antibiotics. It is one of today's most difficult challenges to deal with resistant development and reduce the consumption of antibiotics, we mean not only for animal purposes, it is an absolute must also from a human point of view. Never before, udderhealth, milk quality and production economics have been a more relevant subject for discussion and reflection. We must dramatically expand global food production over the coming decades. In order to do this, we need safe production methods, healthy animals, skilled farmers who are quality conscious etc. We at International Dairy Development (IDD) have extensive and extensive experience in providing total solutions that you need to build a profitable company on your farm. Mastitis is the disease that causes the biggest losses in global milk production. There are great economic benefits to achieve through better udderhealth, healthier cows with fewer cases of clinical and subclinical mastitis problem. A Clinical Mastitis costs between 600 USD and 700 USD per animal. By offering and delivering completely unique, innovative solutions to farmers, we are an essential part of the value chain to give farmers a platform to create long-term profitability in their production of food. Today, from a traditional approach to the treatment of diseases, to more focus on preventing problems, it is incredibly much more profitable to work preventively and prophylactically than to treat clinical illnesses. When we introduced Demeter silver water technology, it was a completely groundbreaking revolution.

Many farmers believe that this technology completely replaces all previous products based on iodine, chlorhexidine, acids, etc. Silver water is far much more effective than all the aforementioned products, on killing bacteria and virus, protecting the cows from mastitis related bacterial attacks. What are you waiting for? start today to produce your own disinfection solution on the farm with IDD Demeter silver water generator Important information to read, for Farmers, Farm Advisors: What is silver? Silver AG is the designation of a product containing microscopic particles with silver liquid in water. It is in fact a mixture of silver ions and silver particles. Particle size is between 1 and 24 nm in dimensions. About 150 years ago, silver began to be recovered by mechanical milling from the bedrock. Nowadays, technology is completely different, modern and efficient. Silver is one of the world's oldest elements Silver ions kill microorganisms by attaching to the cell membranes and causing chemical and electrical disorder. The silver ions can also enter the microorganism's interior and bind with DNA and prevent the replication of the organism. Before the penicillin was invented in the late 1930s, there were about 90 registered medicines that contained silver as active bactericidal substance. With a high degree of certainty, knowing that it is the silver ion that accounts for the bacterial, fungal, and viral killing effect. The positively charged silver ion is drawn as a magnet to the most commonly negatively charged pathogenic Gram-negative bacteria. Gram-negative bacteria have a negative cell wall potential that can positively charge silver ions (Ag +) to be drawn to the bacterium. Once in contact with the bacterium, they cause such a big chemical and electrical mess that the bacterium dies immediately. In order to get a killing effect, silver particles must first pass into ionic form. They do this to some extent by mechanical abrasion and by contact with liquid, but one must note that a product that is mostly ionic is most important because it eliminates the conversion phase from particle to ion. There is also a large difference in size between the particles and the ions. A silver ion is no larger than a quarter nanometer, while the silver particles can range from any nanometer to something hundreds of nanometers. How does silver work? The silver ions affect and kill fungi, viruses, all types of bacteria and most parasites of the type of protozoa, also the plasmodium parasite which is the parasite that causes malaria. The way the silver ions are killed is by creating a huge chemical and electrical mess both on the outside of the bacterium (cell membrane) and on the inside (binds with DNA and prevents splitting). Silver ions also have a special preference for sulfur and bind to the sulfhydryl groups that many bacteria contain. Since most pathogenic (disease-causing) bacteria are negatively charged and the silver ions are positively charged - a natural attraction occurs between the two. The silver ions become like a targeting robot that electrically searches for the negatively charged disease-causing bacteria and immobilizes them.

Does colloidal silver affect the good bacteria? The silver ions do not affect the good intestinal bacteria Acidophilus and Bifidus. This is because the good intestinal bacteria - the lactic acid bacteria acidophilus and bifidus have a thicker cell wall (they are gram-positive bacteria). An interesting experiment that you should perform yourself, which really shows the germicidal effect of colloidal silver - is to take two glasses and pour some milk in them. Then take about half a percent with Demeter 10ppm strong silver in one glass, stirring. Then leave both glasses standing at room temperature for 2-3 days. You will then discover that the glass with the silver in will still be plain milk. The glass without silver in this time contains a sticky ball that smells bad. Look at this video link: For example: when you want to store milk on your farm, who calves should drink for a few days (next 1-10 days) mix in IDD-Demeter silver water into the milk to be stored. No bacteria will grow in this milk and it becomes extremely useful for the calves to consume, giving them a good infection protection as well. Do you also want to help the calves a bit extra, give 1% silver water to the calves in the milk, the day they are going to drink the milk. Silver ions create stem cells in wound areas. Silver ions can get into stem cells in wound areas. Silver ions simply create stem cells in wound areas. This causes the tissue to be reconstructed and gives an extremely nice healing, basically completely without scar tissue. Get your cows or calves sore on the body, in the juvenile ligaments etc. Spray on plenty of ppm strong silver water 2-3 times a day, and you'll see a healing for a number of days that's amazing. Unicellular parasites die in contact with silver. Parasites count a variety of life forms. They can be small am orphans and protozoans all the way to bigger life forms in the form of worms. These use animals like cows and calves as a host animal in which they take care of the nutrition and energy. Once in the body, they can settle in the blood, the intestines or any other body. The load on the body becomes huge, besides the reduced nutrition, the body is also burdened with the toxic residues that the parasites exudate. The results may turn out to be diminishing and diarrhea, reduced growth, etc. Silver has an amazingly good parasitic killing effect and you often notice quick results in terms of increased energy levels and a better overall condition. Preventing using the Demeter Silver Water Generator as a water disinfection product leads in most cases to never suffering from parasites that may otherwise infect. Therefore, is it so positive effect to use IDD-Demeter silver water to calf from 0-12 month for to protect them from different parasites. Colloidal silver and malaria The world's no doubt greatest disease algal is the plasmodium parasite. It is the parasite that invades the red blood cells and causes malaria. Traditionally used malaria medicine always provides a lot of nasty side effects. Impact on both eyesight and hearing in the form of deafness and blindness are common. In studies using colloidal silver on malaria, one can see that a few teaspoons daily can prevent malaria to rise to 99.9%. MRSA multi resistant staphylococci The overly generous consumption of antibiotics over the last years has created many antibiotic resistant bacteria. One form of bacteria is called MRSA multi resistant staphylococci. MRSA kills more than 60-90,000 people each year in different parts of the world.

IDD have under 11 years studying the effect of silver water treatment with 20-30ppm strong silver water on these multi resistant staphylococci. All result showed that silver water scrapped all antibiotic resistant bacteria in less than 5 minutes. In less than 24 hours, people and animals recovered from MRSA infections that lasted for several months. Silver ions as preservatives in mineral water In many countries, silver ions are used as bactericidal substances in bottled mineral water. As most people know, the bacterial content of mineral water will increase gradually during storage time. The number of bacteria increases greatly depends on the storage temperature. A small addition of silver ions does not affect taste or odor, but makes the water completely germ-free for extremely long periods. Very long-term tests have been conducted with IDD Demeter silver water on various pathogenic organisms, the results clearly show that silver water is a broad spectrum antimicrobial cure. Tests included the following organisms: Staphlococcus aureus - Inhibited at 2.5 ppm and destroyed at 5 ppm Shigella Boydii - Inhibited at 1.25 ppm and destroyed at 2.5 ppm Salmonella arizona - Inhibited at 2.5 ppm and destroyed at 5 ppm Salmonella typhimurium - Inhibited and destroyed at 2.5 ppm E. coli - Inhibited and destroyed at 2.5 ppm Haemophilus influenzae - Inhibited and destroyed at 1.25 ppm Enterobacter aerogenes - Inhibited and destroyed at 2.5 ppm Enterobacter cloacae - Inhibited and destroyed at 5 ppm Klebsiella pneumoniae - Inhibited and destroyed at 2.5 ppm Klebsiella oxytoca - Inhibited and destroyed at 2.5 ppm Pseudomonas aeruginosa - Inhibited at 2.5 ppm and destroyed at 5 ppm Streptococcus pneumoniae - Inhibited at 2.5 ppm and destroyed at 5 ppm Streptococcus pyogenes - Inhibited and destroyed at 1.25 ppm Streptococcus faecalis - Inhibited at 2.5 ppm and destroyed at 5 ppm Streptococcus mutans - Inhibited and destroyed at 5 ppm Streptococcus gordonii - Inhibited and destroyed at 5 ppm

IDD Demeter silver water also works well against the following pathogenic organisms: Anthraxbacilli, B. coli, B. coli communis, B dysentery, B. tuberculosis, Gonococcus, Paramecium, Pneumococci, Staphyloclysin, Staphlococcus pyogens albus, Staphlococcus pyogens aureus, Tinea versicolor, Vorticella, Aspergillus niger, Bacillius typhosus, Bovine Rotavirus, Candida albicans, Endamoeba histolytica, Legionella pneumophilia, Poliovirus 1, Salmonella, Vegetative B. cereus spores and Spore- Forming Bacteria.
