2 About us We are a small, privately owned company, which was founded by a group of scientists and researchers in nutrition and dietology. It was established in 2005 as a branch of a pharmaceutical company with more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Combining the head company s scientific base with our knowledge in nutrition let us develop natural and healthy food products.

3 Roots It all started with our children. Realizing the great responsibility that we hold for our children's health, and the extent to which the quality of drinking water and food products influences their health, we decided to do research into the quality of food products available on the market. Unfortunately we were not able to find food products which would satisfy our quality requirements. In our opinion, the basic drawbacks of existing food products are the use of chemical ingredients to prolong products shelf life, the use of concentrates, instead of fresh raw materials, which allows costs to be reduced, and excessive thermal processing which allows for longer shelf life but leads to a vast deterioration in quality. This led us to the idea of creating our own line of food products.

9 Unique technology Use of honey Allows us to avoid adding sugar. Allows us to avoid adding any artificial preservatives, because honey is natural antiseptic. Allows us to freeze product in glass packaging, which does not interfere chemically with the product. Honey is a natural plastificator, which allows us to avoid the crystallization of water contained in berries, which destroys the inner structure of the product. Freezing of the product allows us to avoid any thermal processing, which affects organoleptic features of the product and deteriorates the quality. Storage in glass packaging allows us to avoid any chemical reaction, which could occur between the packaging and the product Use of fresh berries in production allows us to sustain the highest possible quality of the product
