Separation of the oil by centrifugation through special tricanter. 4. Mechanical refining. 5. Oil crystallizing, in a special way. 6. Separation of saturated fat. 7. Deodorization without increasing temperature. 8. The temperature in all the process is below 47º C. 9. Only Natural Vitamin E is used as an antioxidant. 10.It is a mechanical extraction process without increasing temperature, which is by definition an EXTRA VIRGIN oil.
