2 ACOR stem: important components of intra-medullary part Stem-neck modular connection via an elliptical Morse taper. Threaded bottom of the oblong taper for easier extraction. Impaction aligned with the stem axis. Cementless anatomical femoral stem - total HAP. Double curve in the sagittal plane. Optimum metaphyseal filling: - ovoid metaphyseal section, - anatomical anterior curve. Fine, cylindrical distal end to promote metaphyseal anchoring and ensure diaphyseal guiding. 7 right and left sizes, with homothetically increasing dimensions. 80 µm HAP. Material: anodized TA6V. Perfect visualization of the impaction limit. Blind proximal grooves. ACOR
3 ACOR stem: cementless total HAP femoral stem Optimum metaphyseal filling in space (in the frontal and sagittal plane) suitable for right and left femur. Independent intra and extra-medullar adjustment allowing: - an optimized bony anchorage whatever the indications (coxa-vara, coxa-valga) without modifying the femoral neck cut surface and the impaction level, - the best range of motion in order to improve joint stability and reduce impingements, - the limb length preservation, - an optimized offset.
