1 Equipment Price List January 2018! This price list is only valid for GUL customers who have already purchased GUL equipment and undergone GUL training. Due to the stock of rental equipment being finite, inevitably it is not always available on demand. If when we are contacted the equipment is available, it can normally be shipped within a day. All equipment rentals are co-ordinated through Martina Skripova, who can be contacted by: Phone: or rental@guided-ultrasonics.com In order to rent equipment: All reservations should be in writing by Equipment can be reserved without financial commitment Date required and Shipping details must be confirmed when reserving equipment A Purchase Order is required prior to shipping of any rental equipment Reservations with firm financial commitments take precedence in the rental schedule Often multiple users wish to reserve available equipment for the same period; in these cases, it becomes a matter of discussion to try to shift dates to accommodate all parties. From experience we find that the closer we are in contact with GUL users, the more successful the rental reservation process. Please talk to us. Please read carefully the following terms and conditions for rental of equipment. Terms and conditions for hire of equipment 1. All equipment is supplied EX-works, Brentford, London, England. 2. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where appropriate. 3. All documentation and software are provided in the English language. 4. Unless otherwise agreed rental will commence from the day of shipping to the date of return. will be charged at 50% of the day rate for the recognised courier transit times. 5. Standby Rate is 25% of the Daily Charge. 6. Unless otherwise agreed with GUL, equipment must be returned to GUL using a recognised door to door express courier service. Failure to do this may result in additional transportation rental charges and back charge of other costs incurred by GUL such as customs clearance and local UK delivery charges. 7. The hirer is responsible for any damage/loss at replacement costs. 8. Invoices for rental and any other charges will be billed at either the month end or at the end of the hire period. Invoices will be payable within 30 days of the date on the invoice. 9. The hirer is expected to return the equipment in a serviceable/clean condition, any abnormal work to clean or repair the equipment will be charged to the hirer. 10.
