2 Manufacturer and distributor of the human bone models for workshop or demonstration of the dental implants and orthopedic fixation. We offer the option to provide you with custom made models of bones that meet the individual needs of the customer. More details could be found at ABOUT US The aim of our company is to produce the anatomic models of bone which imitate human bones. Our products are designed for training purposes in orthopedic surgery and implant dentistry. The products we offer have the same shape and mechanical properties as natural human bone due to the specially designed technology and the chemical composition. On x-rays and CT scans the product has also similar appearance and consistency to natural bone. We offer bone models for presentations and training in orthopedy: spine shoulder bones of arm and hand pelvis bone tibia bones femur knee foot Our offer for implant dentistry: maxillas mandibles mandible and maxilla with mucosa and without it transparent models models for phantoms holders Used composite materials with different structure and hardness perfectly imitate the double-layer structure of natural bone. Our model material behaves similar to natural bone during drilling and cutting. An additional feature of our model is a characteristic CT picture with perfect reproducing of human bones. In addition to standard products presented in our offer we would be pleased to provide you with custom made models of bones to suit your individual needs. Page 1

3 ORTHOPAEDIC IMPLANTOLOGY Below is our offer of composite bones for training of orthopedic implants. Description of material version Plastic cortical shell. The plastic cortical shell models are made of a rigid plastic shell with cancellous material in the proximal and distal ends. The bone includes the intramedullary canal 4 to 12 mm diameter, materials version A. The model is mainly used for presentation purposes Foam cortical shell. The foam cortical shell models are made of a rigid foam shell with cancellous material in the distal and proximal ends. Also include the intramedullary canal 4 to 12 mm diameter. These models could be cut and drilled easier then the plastic cortical shell models and are most commonly used for total joint replacement, internal fixation and any other orthopedic procedure where a medium cost bone is desired, materials version B. Solid foam. The solid foam bone models are made of a rigid foam throughout. The bones include the intramedullary canal 4 to 12 mm diameter. The product is most commonly used for external fixation and some limited total joint replacement and internal fixations. It is economical bone for most applications, material version C. Spine cervical section from C1 to C7, overall length 115 mm, made of solid foam (materials version C) with soft flexible disks. The low density version of model can also be supplied. Catalog number C Spine cervical section from C1 to C7 on pieces, made of solid foam (materials version C). In piece to sale separately. The low density version of model can also be supplied.
