DEVELOPING A VISION What do we want to ultimately be known for? Vision = the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom
Bluejay Football Vision We want to be a UNIFIED TEAM that displays HIGH CHARACTER and EMOTION while being the MOST PHYSICAL, and MENTALLY TOUGH, TEAM in C1

DEVELOPING A PHILOSOPHY What do we believe is the best guide for us to achieve our goals Philosophy = a theory or attitude held by a person or organization that acts as a guiding principle for behavior
BLUEJAY FOOTBALL PHILOSOPHIES OVERALL Athletics mirror life, and football is no different. Football is a team sport that enables a player at Ashland- Greenwood High School to better develop themselves as a student, an athlete, and a young adult. Our goal as coaches is to give each player an opportunity to excel to his fullest potential both on, and off, the field. GAME Our goal is to put the 11 best players on the field, those with a burning desire to work unselfishly as a team and unified to accomplish our goals that we have set out to reach. We want players who want to compete for every inch and are not afraid to fail during any given play players who will give everything they have each play for the team.
Bluejay Coaching Philosophy Players give everything for the team...coaches are obligated to give everything to the players and equip them with tools to achieve their fullest potential.
