I am now working full time in private practice and also am a Honorary Consultant Psyshcologist to the Abarbanel Hopsital Pariaphilias Clinic. Trained as an integrative therapist, I have used brief, medium and long term interventions drawing mostly from CBT. I have had further training in Cognitive and Neuro-Psychological testing, EMDR (for PTSD) and DBT. I have specialised in the assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of psychological disorders. My experience includes psychological assessment of acquired and congenital brain injury, learning difficulties, psychological injury, personality factors, and various areas of psychological dysfunction or illness. I have had twenty years experience of working for the NHS. I assess clients in the context of family court proceedings. This may involve assessment of parental functioning (including competence) and the impact of this upon parenting ability. I also assess parents where there are concerns about mental health, such as Depression, Personality Disorder (PD) or Psychosis. I have a special interest in Personality Disorders, a subject on which I was the psychological lead of a specialist NHS team for my former Trust. I have experience of working with and assessment of, members of ethnic minority groups. I also have experience in the use of interpreters to assess people whose first language is not English. I am an experienced psychometric test user (cognitive, clinical and personality). In my private therapy practice, I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive compulsive disorder using cognitive behavioural therapy, EMDR and brief solution-focused therapy. All services can be provided at my East London or Shenley, Hertfordshire, premises or nationwide by prior arrangement.

5 REPORTS With over 1000 Medico legal reports written, I'm an experienced assessor and have ample experience giving evidence in court. I have prepared circa 300 reports for the family courts. I have also prepared over 200 reports for the Local Authorities in respect of families. These reports have covered the following areas: Public Law assessments of parents and other adults Private Law assessments of parents and other adults Assessment of parenting abilities Assessment of attachment to child Abuse & Neglect I have also prepared over 300 reports for the criminal courts. Assessing the contribution of psychological and cognitive factors to criminal acts, usually in relation to sentencing recommendations. I have further prepared over 450 reports to the courts in cases of Personal Injury assessing the psychological consequences of accidents from a variety of causes (medical, industrial and road traffic) or negligence/work bullying and their effect upon the victims.
