QUALITIES OF A HEALTH CARE WORKER ASSIGNMENT SHEET Grade Name INTRODUCTION: Certain personal characteristics, attitudes, and rules of appearance apply to all health care workers, even though they may be employed in many different careers. This assignment will help you review these basic requirements. INSTRUCTIONS: Read the information on Personal and Professional Qualities of a Health Care Worker. Then follow the instructions in each section and complete this assignment. A. Crossword: Use the Key Terms for personal characteristics of a health care worker to complete the crossword puzzle Delmar, Cengage Learning. 15

C. Completion and Short Answer: In the space provided, print the answer to the question or complete the statement. 1.
