13 CHAPTERS Expand the role of local chapters beyond health care and be socially responsive to local needs - More chapters are engaged in advocacies within their localities - Acknowledgement to chapters that went out of their way to help victims of calamities

15 SOCIETIES Board Resolution on PSEM-DP Concern Diabetes Philippines will remain as an affiliate society of the PCP. Diabetology will not be recognized as a subspecialty. The PCP will strengthen the training of internists in endocrinology and diabetes.
16 PSBIM Enhance the test construction skills of PSBIM Board Prepare the exam appropriate for a generalist in Internal Medicine Conducted workshops Review previous exams validity and reliability Provide appropriate venue for the examination - UST and Jakarta - Total examinees Passing rate 53.18% - Acquired new Scantron machine
17 PSBIM Collaborate with RTP, RITE and Accreditation committees to improve the training of residents - Item analysis output given to: 1. RTP to rectify training-related issues and help improve the quality of training programs 2. RITE to guide them in making the next in-service exam 3. Accreditation - for guidance
18 PSBIM Concerns and issues to be addressed: PSBIM to prioritize diseases commonly seen by IM residents and use the Manual on the contents of the terminal competencies as guide in the crafting of exam blueprint/questions. PSBIM administered the exam in Jakarta, Indonesia for the 1st time to accommodate 22 Indonesian examinees who wanted to become Diplomates of the PCP.
